    I have been a loyal customer for a long time, which is why this experience was so disappointing and…read morehurtful. During my most recent appointment, a noticeable portion of the front of my eyebrow was threaded off. As soon as she finished, I immediately told her that my eyebrow had been messed up and that a large part of the front had been taken off. Her response was, "Oh, I see, but it's only a little bit," and I was offered just $2 off. What may seem like "a little bit" to someone else is not a little bit when it is your face. Eyebrows take time to grow back, and they play a huge role in a person's confidence and appearance. I felt completely dismissed and like my concerns were not being taken seriously. What hurt the most was that nobody apologized while I was there. Nobody acknowledged how upset I was. Nobody offered to make it right. I still paid for the service and left feeling embarrassed, upset, and honestly heartbroken. I ended up crying afterward because I was so unhappy with the outcome and how the situation was handled. The only reason the issue was eventually addressed was because I reached out afterward myself. After contacting the business, I did receive an apology and was offered a refund, which I appreciate. However, I wish that same level of care, concern, and accountability had been shown while I was actually sitting in the chair and checking out. Word of advice, I will not be returning. I truly hope that moving forward, long term customers are treated with more respect, understanding, and sympathy when concerns are brought up. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds in those moments matters just as much as the mistake itself. I hope no one else has to leave feeling the way I did.
