We had such an amazing first chat or consultation. I sent her pictures of my hair so she could see the length and style. I never really know whether to say my hair is wavy or curly. A week before the appointment I confirmed the appointment online and via text directly to the stylist. She asked if i had any inspo pics and I said I would look for one before the appointment. The night before my appointment, after not hearing from Chloe for a week, i got a threatening message basically telling me that because i have been unresponsive to multiple attempts to connect, if i didn't respond immediately my appointment would be given to someone else who has requested that time. I want to be very clear that I never missed a text from her and sent her screen shots and asked her what messages i missed, to which she back tracked and started saying that she was just nervous because people cancel a lot. The stylist and/or salon never communicated that inspiration pics were a requirements of booking the appointment. The stylist never followed up post confirming the appointment, not once. The stylist was really unprofessional in the way she engaged me, and end of day I told her to go ahead and give the appointment to someone else, I'll spend my money at a professional establishment. After explaining that I shouldn't have to pay for their error, they finally fixed it, but the exchange process took around 30 minutes. Mistakes happen, but getting the wrong item, being asked to pay extra for the store's mistake, and then spending 30 minutes fixing it made this a very disappointing experience. I expect better customer service and accuracy from this location.
