I called beforehand to…read moreconfirm my appointment and see if I could come in a little earlier, and you could immediately tell Cynthia was the sweetest. I came in for a blowout and deep conditioning treatment and loved the whole experience. The salon is super cute, really clean, and tucked into this adorable little neighborhood near downtown Ontario. Also plenty of street parking which, respectfully, matters lol. Cynthia was SO detailed with my blowdry and I left with the prettiest, bouncy, voluminous curls. But honestly one of my favorite parts was just how easy she is to talk to. It felt less like sitting through a hair appointment and more like hanging out with a friend who just happens to be making your hair look amazing. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and really cares about making her clients feel comfortable and taken care of. Such a sweet experience and definitely one of those ClassPass finds that makes you feel like you discovered a little hidden gem. I'll definitely be coming back!

During the wash: my helix piercing was hit hard, which caused bleeding and really ruined the experience. I never expected to leave a hair appointment injured. The haircut was uneven as well; not sure if that's how textured cuts are supposed to be, but overall it added to my disappointment. I really wanted to love this place but just couldn't. Honestly expected more from a stylist that cut hair with more than 20 yrs of experience.

Seen this place after my extensions appt and I came in. I asked the lady for some 911 help. She said she didn't really deal with extensions but she was willing to help me. She trimmed them and made them look natural. She said come back when you remove them and I will guide you to get your natural hair right. I always kept that in mind. 3 months later extensions removed and my hair was all funky. Uneven , no shape no form. And weird short. My self esteem i remembered the salon and went back. She transformed my weird hair into a beautiful cut. I can't explain what she did but she did mention my hair had different size chunks everywhere and no shape. I walked out with a form and even hair and I loved the short look she gave me that i was forced to work with. I actually love it more then the long. She even recommended some shampoo that I bought from her and I freaken loved so much. I see the difference in my Hair. I will return for maintenance trims to her!!!!

I am a cosmetologist, and we are one of the worst clients another hairdresser can do. We are nice, but we know what we want, and if we could, we'd do it ourselves and not be in another stylist's chair. Or perhaps we can do it ourselves, but we want to be on the other end of the chair. Like me. Lorie was referred to me by my mom's Home Physical Therapist. She had the cutest most meticulously done A-Line bob that I had seen. These precision haircuts are most difficult to do, as well as time consuming. Vidal Sassoon was the hairstylist known for this particular work. Those who studied under his tutelage can be spotted by their precision haircuts as well. I highly recommend Lori at Chino's One Stop Hair Salon where it truly is a One-Stop Shop to get your total beauty look on from head-to-toe.
