Martha also put us at ease by chatting with us the whole time (AND she did a fantastic job of working out some of the knots on my back). I think she even went over the 30 minutes I was allotted but did not charge extra. Not only that but it was very inexpensive in the first place. Then when finished she kept demanding a $20 or more tip saying oh no you must tip $20 or more this no good holding up the tip I provided. I tip based on service and when I don't get what I paid for (full 90 min) it will show in my tip. I honestly shouldn't have tipped at all. She would not give me a copy of my receipt. After several minutes of yelling at me over tip I finally took picture of the receipt I signed and just left. I will never go back so disappointed.
