I took in my sons bracelet to get worked on since they had a little link broken. (Mind you completely solid gold) They sent out to the bracelet and it came back looking completely different. One side of his bracelet was a lot thinner. A different color different size weighed a lot different. They said they never touched anything, there is absolutely nothing they can do so. I got stuck with my sons bracelet looking absolutely horrible. Definitely do not recommend if you need to have something fixed. It will come back looking completely different and cheap. read more

Very nice little jewelry shop. Lots of various selections to choose from. I've been here about 4 times now to resize my watches, I believe they charge about $10 to remove links. Every time I come in they are super friendly & super helpful. Got my watches resized in less than 5 minutes! Will come back in the future for sure! read more

I went there with my Gma's 50th anniversary ring (5 X .25 cart diamonds) to have re sized (5 sizes larger) they told me no way it could be done, I said I would pay 300-400 hundred. They said it had to be melted down and re cast and that would be 1200. I went to Olde Town Jewelers in Santa Rosa and they said no problem, but they said some of the prongs Ming come loose and they will take care if that. They quoted 320, I was very happy! They tightened 12 prongs and I couldn't tell where they did the piece together job. They also went around the inscription. This was done by Olde Town Jewelers in Santa Rosa, remember D Williams Jewelers said it couldn't be done! ---------------------------------------- Well I had another ring that was a simple repair. It had a break in it, it was a clean break. I this time decided to try D Williams Jewelers for a simple job. Got it back in three days! I can wear it and it is still the same size! I came in to get a ring resized to find out that the owner sends rings out to be sized. When I raised questions regarding where my ring 2+ ct. diamond ring would be sent the owner suddenly became irritated, raised his voice and said "if you don't want to leave your ring then don't do business here, it's as simple as that." I would love to do business locally but I simply can't do business with individuals who are unreasonably rude. I will never step foot in this shop again. read more

Once again I have had my expectations exceeded by this fine jeweller. I was in the market for an anniversary ring for my bride of 25 years and knew from past experience that David and Martha do not disappoint. The four of us reviewed several three stone designs, but couldn't quite find the one for us. We worked with David to design a custom concept which was beautiful. The next step was to pick out stones for the setting. David showed is several examples and had several more delivered to look at. We decided on a beautiful 2+ karat stone as the center piece and chose two smaller stones to be placed on each side. Then the magic happened. David and his staff turned these raw materials into a beautiful ring that looks stunning on my wife's finger. From beginning to end, the staff, led by David and Martha, we're accommodating and friendly as well as attentive to detail. A true case of a 'mom and pop' local establishment going above the corporate norm. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know who is in the market for either fine or everyday jewellery. read more

A huge shout out David, Martha and Staff. I took in my husband's Grandma and Great Grandma's wedding rings for a second opinion on what could be done to preserve these heirlooms. 70 years of being worn with love had taken its toll. David checked it over pointed out a few things that could be an issue and what my choices where. I decided on an exact copy restoration. They were sent for 3D scanning and models to be made. 5 weeks later we have the rings back. And they are so much more than we had hoped for. I am so excited that we will be able to pass the love in these rings on to the next generation. Something that would not have been possible without D William Jeweler. We have been here a couple of times in the last year. My husband had his wedding ring sized down and I had the diamond switched from one engagement ring setting to another (I found out that I'm allergic to gold). Both times we were happy with the results, and I particularly love my new ring. The employees here are friendly and the prices seem reasonable and comparable to other places (according to the research that I have done). I just really appreciate going somewhere here in town without having to go to into Sana Rosa. We will come here again if we need anything else done. read more
