I called to order flowers for my daughters birthday and the folks were friendly enough but pretty unorganized, might have started happy hour a little early. They quoted $75 for a nice birthday arrangement plus a $20 delivery fee and charged my card $100, they must have assumed I wouldn't mind an extra $5 and really that wasn't the problem. The problem was the actual arrangement. The flowers truly looked like they stopped by the grocery store and bought a week old arrangement to deliver. I asked for a morning delivery because my daughter works nights, they delivered in the afternoon. Overall a horrible birthday surprise for my daughter. I'll never use them again and if I want a cheap arrangement from a grocery store I'll put an ad on Facebook to ask for a strangers help, it'll probably be better. read more

Do not order from here. There is no storefront at the address provided, the phone number is a cellphone so when you call, do not expect a business greeting & Chip seems clueless. He has no soft skills, cannot issue refunds because they don't know how, will charge you a restocking fee when they cannot make/arrange delivery/pickup and get this...will also give advice to you about your loved ones. The sender was told that "this was a learning lesson" for him & that Chip hopes he "finds someone that is a good person because I don't think that was Nice". That was completely unnecessary. All because I wasn't able make arrangements to have the flowers delivered on his time although I went by the address listed to find that a floral shop was nonexistent. That's extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. This explains why Chip seemed a bit absent/clueless when I did call to make arrangements for delivery...because unbeknownst to me at the time, he'd already made a judgment about who I am. Needless to say, the sender is waiting for a check in the mail as a result of Beautiful Flowers' inability or unwillingness to issue refunds but they somehow have the capability to accept payment via the phone or online. I am not a verified purchaser; I am a verified non-recipient. He is only getting 1 star because I had no other choice. If we could post with zero or negative stars, he'd be at the top of the list for those ratings. If you're looking for a professional business, that has up to date technology, is actually near Moody AFB, is professional, has good customer service and interpersonal skills...don't stop here (just like you won't be able to stop by the nonexistent store). Absolutely the best place in town to get flowers. Kim and Chip provide personal attention to every order I place. They are my one and only florist I call for special occasions. I live 4 hours away and I never worry what will be sent when I call for mom. They have never never disappointed on exceeding my expectations with the most creative, quality, fresh arrangements I have ever seen. They have even done through on a late hour weekend delivery when mom was in the hospital in her birthday. I love dealing with them. read more

If I could, I'd give no stars. The owner is rude, pushy and nasty. If my son's first date would not have been effected, I would have taken my business elsewhere. The owner told me that he would have me at his shop, downtown. Upon confirming the pick up time a couple hours later, merely an hour before the event, he CHANGED HIS MIND. He TOLD ME WHERE TO MEET HIM. He did not ask or was remotely apologetic or offered a discount for his piss poor approach and service. RUN. GO ELSEWHERE! HE WAS CLEAR ABOUT HIM BEING RIGHT. The costumer was not right since he knew he was the only option at this point. He apologized to MY SON AND MY HUSBANF. Not once was he remotely apologetic to me. It's Valentine's Day and I am actually embarrassed with what I got compared to the beautiful and tasteful arrangements everyone else got from different florists. Thought I was calling directly to flower shop,got an automated answering service instead. Ordered a special plant on sale for $64, also on ad website no delivery charge for local delivery. No other charges mentioned. Since I am widow living on Social Security, couldn't even afford the sale price, but I was in Atlanta and a dear friend and relative had passed away. I was shocked to find out this automated phone system took out $90 from my bank account, without my permission of that amount, and they never issued me receipt for that amount although I called back many times asking for it. Also I canceled order before it was sent when I found out how much they charged, they told me it was cancelled, but when I called back they said they were sorry it was already delivered, and they were charging me handling cost not delivery cost. They lied I called the funeral home, flowers were not delivered that day instead were delivered 2 days later, day of funeral. This Answering service they use is a scam. read more
