When I looked around most of the girls were on their phones. I was able to get my hair cut, the student did a nice job. But, was on her phone on and off. And I left with wet hair. I think if a rule was made no phones while on the floor, learning the environment would change dramatically. not only were 80% of the girls on their phones they were sitting down while the instructors were working and cleaning.

I requested my standard gel mani/regular pedi combo, and enjoyed the massaging chair and my manicure was well done, minus a few wonky shapes on my nails. My sister hated her service (so glad I paid over $100 for that....), which was partly her fault and partly the salon's. I will say that the bride was a bit distracted, so didn't actually pick or check her colors before application (that's her fault), but for her cream and gold color theme, which she did tell the tech and asked for recommendations, they painted her toes metallic silver and her nails stark white with silver chunk glitter. So she was unhappy about that, but could have checked the colors and asked for an adjustment. She got tips, and didn't think they were well applied or neat. It's hard to rate based on a service that we didn't communicate well on, but I wanted to share anyway. We were there for a group relaxation outing, and they didn't really handle the group well. At one point they had my sister sitting in a pedicure chair by herself, while the others were either wandering around or getting a service in a different room. Again, not awful, but I think we would have appreciated being co-located for the majority of the event. When we went to pay, it was hard to get itemized receipts and the woman cashing us out seemed confused and a little disinterested in the whole process. Overall, it was not a bad experience, just not the best salon service I have ever received.

Disappointed. Probably the worst pedicure service received. The technicians we had seemed afraid to…read moredo the pedicure. Hardly spoke to us and if it wasn't for my tech my SIL still wouldn't have known what to do as her tech didn't ask her even what color she'd like. My cuticles weren't pushed back or cut, 3-4 passes were made to shave dry skin from the bottoms of my feet (sides were never touched or balls of my feet), nails were filed only (she did ask but I told her to do what was best), my SIL did get hers cut but they were cut way too short and that resulted in sore toes and the next morning having redness (puss even came out of her big toe where the cut was), the tech dropped the paint brush and proceeded to paint my toes without sanitizing. When asked about our service, I replied it was OK. I then got questioned on the things I mentioned above.. I believe this was the owner, went and consulted with the techs as we stood at the counter waiting to pay and she questioned them through the frosted door... we were happy to pay the remaining balance but did want to be honest. The owner said we as the customer, can tell the techs ourselves what they didn't do. I refused to do that.. as a business owner you take honest feedback and make it right and not question and tell the customer they should tell their staff. It was the most embarrassing, patronizing experience I've ever had. The rest of our party came to the lobby and I didn't want the day ruined with the conflict.. I mentioned I'll pay my remaining balance I just didn't want to ruin the day for anyone else... she STILL proceeded to bring it up against my request. It was by far the most unprofessional experience that could've occurred. I paid the remaining balance of my service and will never go back or recommend.
