Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely professional. She applied a numbing cream as well and I did not feel one thing throughout the entire process. I was there for almost 2 hours. I came in to try a micro-needling. The price was good for a first time Groupon micro-needling session and I was skeptical because it was $100. Jo came in and saw me, informed me of what the procedure would entail, was thorough, she took her time, looked at my skin, gave extractions, numbing cream, gave me a sheet mask after the micro-needling procedure and a calming cooling device, did NOT upsell her products, and gave me a sheet mask to take home for free.
