He arrived as promised, and gave me estimate for 3 houses. He covered all steps from beginning to end so that I would know what to expect, taking guess work out of the equation. He had material delivered to all three as promised and the work started on time. All three homes was completed within 2 days. This was no surprise to me since I had hired Amazing Siding and Roofing 2 years ago to repair a leaking patio and sunroom roof which they did promptly and still have had no problems with it. Love this company. His ability to ensure TWIA compliance is awesome, and I will be getting the certificate in the mail from the inspector who works with Jason to ensure the roof is completed correctly and in a timely manner. There was no delay in completion of roof. Big help considering the weather will change every hour here. Very happy with the new roofs and how much it improved the look of the homes. Bill and Tommy were the crew and they are WONDERFUL! They absolutely know what they are doing and are all about quality workmanship. They are so polite and they even offered to help me with my groceries and Tommy helped me lift my big old dog into the SUV. It feels like I have friends working on my house. They do a complete clean up every day and could not be more respectful of my things. When the project was complete, they spent a long time with a magnet picking up nails and left their work area cleaner than it was before. I was afraid of doing such a big project. Lee came out and assessed the damage. He was able to come the same day I called, and we scheduled the repair for later that week. He helped us by properly sealing the hole up with plastic sheeting, so no more rain could leak through until he could get back to fix it. I had a leak on a 3 year old roof. I contacted roofing 911 to have them take a look at it. Randy…read moreadvised me that a portion of the roof shingles were installed incorrectly and they could change them out and replace a piece of siding on the chimney that needed to be replaced for around 1000 dollars. I hired them to do the job. Every time it rains hard it leaks in the exact same spot that they were hired to repair. I called a couple of times and they sent someone out while I wasn't home and didn't speak English. Needless to say the roof leaks still. I've called several times since then but they have started ignoring me or claiming they will call right back never to be heard from again. I could sure use the 1000.00 I gave them to do the repairs. Save yourself some trouble and hire someone who actually cares about their customers.

Twelve years of wear on a thirty years roof. It was decided that basic maintenance for $250.00 is all we needed. The next time it rained hard the roof leaked in the same spot. This time Randy decided that roof that was good a few weeks ago was now bad and needed replacement. Windstorm reports show the roof is from 2005 which makes it 16 years old and not 12. Why take my $250.00 for maintenance if he felt the roof needed to be replaced?
