All people want nowadays is a free handout so those are probably the ones that are complaining. I've had nothing but kindness from these people their butts off every single day and for somebody to sit here and saying that it's filthy it's actually not. I through the vet clinic and for anyone that does complain it's like why don't you do something to actually help them if you complain so much maybe pick mop and go in the back and try to help them or volunteer you think it looks dirty volunteer there and go help them clean, but there's no need to make false statements about this place I don't appreciate people doing it and I'm sure everybody there doesn't appreciate it either this place is actually very clean. I love everybody at this place and they treat me with such kindness and respect now Main vet they are the ones that are way overpriced. They are the ones in Lumberton. I'm not saying anything bad about the staff in general. They are kind people, but they are way too overpriced so people sit here and make false this you need to do is actually get your before you open your mouth. This place has actually been very informative with me. I have a dog that has cancer right now and I took her down there and they actually did an x-ray and the vet. He was very thorough and he answered all my questions honestly and accurately and I could not be any happier the people that work here are amazing people and those that are complaining. Maybe you should actually take the time to get to know the people and to get to know the clinic and you would actually see that it's not a bad place so don't anybody ever go ever making false statements about this place I love this place. Now to the vet and to the entire staff, I want to say thank you for your kindness for everything that you always do for me and I am completely satisfied with the services that I always receive from there. You guys have been very caring and compassionate throughout the years and I really You guys keep up the good work and God bless all of you and don't listen to the haters they just got nothing better to do with their time. Those are probably the ones that sit on the computer all day but anyway enough about people starting drama, you guys are amazing.

I expected a crazy vet bill but they were very fair with the pricing and made sure they kept my budget in mind. They saved my cat's life and kept some money in my pocket, couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Staff were amazing and I felt comfortable with my baby in their care. Doctor McMillan was a god send she kept checking in on my cat after I took him home to make sure he was recovering well.

I come here because I can find what I'm looking for and better service. But my recent visit wasn't…read morethe best and wasn't very good. My husband and I been purchasing fish and every time we purchase and put them they sometimes don't always make it no matter what we do. So I told my husband to just but goldfish since they seem to last forever. We usually deal with the one guy I can't remember his name, but young and good looking. Lol. This time we were greeted by a woman with short curly hair. We chose a large goldfish and several basic ones. She came off slightly rude and sarcastic. She counted the fish and said you need a large tank. I said I am aware and have a big enough tank. She then rudely asked what size my tank was. I said it was a 20 gallon. She then went off saying I need 20 gallons per fish!! She was so nasty. I took my fish and left. It was none of her business and she didn't have to say anything. I looked at the tank those fish were in and 20 gallons for like 100 fish?? There were several dead fish floating around in several other tanks and she was worried about my tank. Deal with your fish issue and mind your business. Just letting you know my fish are doing just fine. When they are ready for a bigger tank, I'll get one. I still like the store and will continue to shop. If I see her, I will avoid her.

First, they only accept cash and checks and since we were here for only two weeks , they refused our out of state check (no problem) . We left to get cash. Our 4 dogs were staying 4 days and we were picking up on the fifth. Our male rottie came back injured!!! I suggest no one go to Hi Tower for anything ! We will never bring our dogs here again! They have boarded in lots of states and are very sweet. I am just so disappointed because I read all the reviews and they good and bad but we decided to try them. Bad move! I am warning all pet owners if you truly love your pet don't take them here! Now we are saddened to say our baby needs to go to the vet with abrasions and cuts on his cute face! How messed up!!!

I never went back after she called me and left a nasty message as to when I was coming back to work (I was home for a funeral). Honestly surprised she's still in business. Her loose dogs in the back were the worst thing to deal with, every time someone would drop off they would fight right in front of people and she did nothing about it. Trying to walk the boarding dogs was a nightmare with her dogs constantly antagonizing everyone.
