I've used Town & Country a few times over the years for plumbing repairs, a new shower install, and…read morewhen they installed my hot water tank, and they've always been great to work with. Most recently, I had a small leak in an elbow connection that was in a pretty difficult spot to access. They were able to come out the same day, communication was excellent, and the repair itself took only about 30 minutes. The price for the service call was fair, the work was done quickly, and everything has been working perfectly since. It's nice to find a company that's reliable and responsive. Mark W

I pulled a permit for a 99 inch addition. The work was DONE, but the city mid-way into the…read moreconstruction told me I had to get a licensed electrician. Despite saying, they offer free estimates, Town And Country pulled the permit and didn't even bother to go out and check the work or give me an estimate. They managed to fail not one, but TWO rough in inspections! Yes, Tim, the owner expects me to pay for his failed inspections. But it gets worse, three different electricians came in to do exactly what? They re-stapled some wires, and then put in two new outlets that the city didn't require, including one in another bedroom. When I called about the unnecessary work and inflated charges the owner, Tim, literally screamed at me over the phone. Unprofessional, condescending, rude and dismissive. I offer to make a partial payment, but he responded with more threats. He refused mediation. This bill is almost $1200. He threatened to put a lien on my house and actually that's the first thing he follow through on with great Efficiency. I've used this company before and have experienced their price gouging, but I was in a bind. they knew when I called them I was a blank check opportunity because only Town And Country Plumbing can call in for the Final Inspection. So I have a lien on my house and the permit is still opened. If anyone can help please reach out. Thanks. Obviously, I will never use them again and notice a trend of a lot of recent one star reviews! As you can see from other reviews the lack of coordination, communication, showing up, overinflated prices, etc is how Town and country operates.

From my first contact with Kelsey, everyone with Linear Electric was so nice. After speaking with…read moreKelsey to request service, I followed up by filling out their customer contact form with a laundry list of everything I wanted done at the time. Joel requested clarification of Doorbell - drill out opening enough for lighted doorbell. The difficulty was the material that needed to be drilled was CEMENT. Joel was also extremely pleasant. Evan, their electrician, was a delight! He was fast, tidy and knowledgeable. In no time he had that pesky doorbell hole drilled and my beautiful light up doorbell installed. It's the first time I have heard the doorbell chime ring in years! After that he quickly installed the 2 front door dusk to dawn motion sensor lights, followed by a challenging installation of a CAT-6 Cable to the bedroom above the modem and router in the living room (which had to be moved because of repeated flooding in the basement from torrential rains). The challenge was to install the cable without drilling into the hardwood floor above. He ended up drilling through 6 solid inches of wood inside the wall behind the router. There was no way my child or I had that expertise. After that was the CAT-6 Ethernet line to the upstairs Master bedroom, routing the cable through a tiny crawl space attic filled with insulation! After that Evan remounted a motor onto a table saw, reconnecting all of the wires and tightened the plug connections. Since the saw required a 220 volt outlet, which had been wired previously, Evan ran to Kendall Electric for an outlet insert, even though that outlet had not been on my original list. Evan accomplished all of the above tasks in less than a day! Thanks so much Evan!
