I am just now writing a review because it took me that long to calm down. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had with customer service. Even in Germany (which is not know for its stellar customer service). We had made appointments for 18:30 for two people the a couple days before. That morning, we asked if it would be possible to add a third person. The person on the phone who barely spoke German said it would be no problem but one person would have to wait a bit. We said no problem and booked it. We all arrived at 18:25. It was then that we noticed there were only two pedicure stations, one of which had someone sitting in it. So, not only would one person have to wait, but they would have to wait a full hour until one of us was completely done. That would have been nice to know as we had plans for dinner. Anyway, at 18:30, they took my friend to start. My other friend and I sat and waited. And waited. At around 18:50, they finally moved the person who was in the chair when we walked in to a regular chair to finish painting her nails, cleaned out the station and called me back. I sat down next to my friend who was about half way done and as I turned on my massage chair asked her why she didn't have hers on. Apparently, I didn't work. Oh, and I forgot to mention that when she sat down and put her feet I the water, it was freezing cold. The hot water didn't work on that station so they had to use an electric kettle to beat up water. I sat back to relaxing to have my feet grabbed and pulled at. The platform for your feet to rest on is a hard plastic, covered only with a thin towel and not at all comfortable. I had torn a nail down to the quick the night before and it was still red and had obviously been bleeding at some point (there wasn't blood all over or anything but it was an obvious open wound). The lady working on me didn't even bother to ask it it hurt or to adjust her rather rough manner. Once or twice she hit it just right with the file and it made me flinch. Rather than apologising, she gave me a dirty look like I did it in purpose and to please hold still. She then smeared a little lotion on my legs and feet, half way rubbed it in then proceeded to paint my nails with my selected colour. As I was sitting there drying they finally took our remaining friend to the broken chair. I offered for her to have mine they said no. After about 20 minutes we (my first friend and I) asked if we were dry and wanted to go ahead and pay. As we went to the register, we were told it was €32. To which we both asked why as I their sign it said €30. We were then informed that we had chosen colours from a more expensive selection. This was news to both of us. We were told by one person that the €30 was for clear polish only. The other said it was for only a certain set of colours. At one point when trying to clarify, I was actually shsh'd by the elder gentleman (I am assuming the owner) which I found completely rude and unacceptable behaviour. Needless to say I will never be returning to this establishment nor will I recommend it to anyone. I have never had worst service or been treated in such a way my entire life.

Even with our appointments there was at least a five minute wait because the chairs weren't ready, my friend waited at least 15 minutes because they weren't ready. I was called to the chair and told to put my feet in the water and it was ice cold, so I said so. They drained the water and I sat there another several minutes then they poured mild water in and began. The chair was broken too. Poor job and they tricked me into buying the more expensive nail polish. I will not be going back

Everyone spoke English. My manicure came out well but wasn't what I was expecting. They cut my cuticles dry which was a bit painful. But actually they got more cuticle removed than my last place in the states so I was kind of okay with it. There was no real massage with the manicure and in the end it cost 45€ for the shellac which was definitely more than I expected to pay (I also added in an extra 5€ for tip, so 50€ in total). I agree with the other reviewer that I don't think Munich has a large nail or general cosmetic scene, although this was my first manicure here. I would give this place 4 stars but I feel like the price was just too high for what it was.

Shouldn't there be a certification for this?! Terrible and slow. I realize Munich is behind on the nail salon service but this place just needs some professionals and it could be a money maker. Oh and... not my first time.
