A spring loaded manual activator was used on my neck and back. It was observed that have scoliosis, but thankfully, there was no mention of trying to fix my scoliosis. It was accepted that I have it. The Stim Wave (TENS unit) was used to help with pain as well. I am also thankful that they were understanding that it is difficult for me to lie down on the tables and they let me sit in my transport chair and had me lean forward to use the activator. All of the staff were very nice. They were also very sweet to my little service dog.

Incompetent staff. I gave them my insurance information the day before my visit to confirm that…read morecoverage would be in effect. I called the following morning to confirm my appointment and my insurance coverage. I was told to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Once I arrived I was given paperwork to fill out, once completed I gave it to the desk clerk And she proceeded to tell me that my insurance was not taken by their doctor therefore I was out of network and would be responsible for full payment!
