We referred my Mother in law to go here to get established with a new eye dr. and get to the bottom of an issue she's been having with her eyes. We told her not to worry, and that they'd take great care of her. What an absolutely MISERABLE experience she had, and it has caused us to REFUSE to ever set foot in this place again. The person at the front desk was absolutely rude, impatient, and unfriendly, to say the least. She was clueless as to which insurance was and was not accepted, and seemed to hold the patient responsible for HER lack of knowledge and understanding. Then she made her wait for 45 minutes before FINALLY telling her that the Dr. wouldn't be able to see her today unless she was willing to wait for a couple more hours. This place is a JOKE!!!!
