My back and neck had progressively deteriorated from an accident the previous year. The nagging pain had become something I could no longer get away from. Staff convinced me to try Dr. Alex. The difference in my back and strength is remarkable after only seeing Dr. Alex for a few weeks! The initial visit was probably the most thorough I have ever had. More importantly, no more pain. Full movement again. After each adjustment, I feel a surge of energy. It sounds cliche to say, but it is as if all parts are connected again. As I became pain free, he demonstrated exercises to strengthen the muscle groups that had weakened, to help prevent further back injury. At any rate, thank you to the staff, who had to talk me in, and to Dr. Alex, for helping me feel great again. I have found my family chiropractor.
