They did this for every woman who walked in w her son, or any man who came in w an under-age young man. I always, always appreciated that. We were regulars and hence did witness on rare occasions things getting a little "out of hand". It was swiftly dealt w and the barbers always apologized. Ralphie's haircuts were always wonderful. It seemed almost all the customers were regulars.
