While this restaurant looks great from the outside the service is absolutely horrendous! There were…read moreonly two servers for the entire upstairs. They looked angry if you waved them down, but you had to because they never checked on you! At every point of the meal there was something wrong. When the drinks came out, one was correct one was wrong and when we informed our server they acted like it was our fault. With dessert, we ordered tiramisu and a cappuccino. It took 20 minutes and having to wave down the server in order to get the cappuccino. Our tiramisu order was for two yet we only got one spoon. We ordered a large bottle of water, we got a small bottle of water. The steak was completely under cooked, almost blue in the middle. One of the worst dining experiences we have had in the last year and a half of living in Germany! I do not recommend anyone going to this place!
The positives were very few and far between but there were some. They served a Big glass of wine, the tiramisu was amazing, and the bread was absolutely delicious!
