One of my favorite discoveries though was The Workplace Program - selling cards made by people with disabilities - they were so unique and awesome! I ended up buying one for my brother's birthday and it was the same price you'd see at Hallmark for a nice card. We went into the store on Sept 29 and was greeted by a gentleman that asked us what we wanted we told him and he presented two options of feathers my daughter said she didn't like either option. I pointed to a dress in the window asking if that color feathers could be made available the gentleman left went to the back to confirm with the seamstress he returned and said okay I paid $60 for the feathers to be added at the bottom hem of her dress and an additional $25 for feathers to be added to the wrist of the dress. When we came in for pick up my daughter immediately expressed that she was not pleased with the dress. We were told by an employee that was not there and did not help us that we said we wanted that color feathers. My daughter asked her if she like the color feathers with the dress. They young lady responded it's not that bad. My daughter asked would you wear a dress that's not that bad? She hunched her shoulders in response. She then says the seamstress spoke to my daughter directly. She did not she never left the back of the store and didn't talk to my daughter when she went to the back to try on the dress. She made no attempt to resolve the issue then said she'll charge and additional $75 to deconstruct the dress. The customer service was terrible and she did not even construct the feathers well. The feathers were flat in area she used a sowing machine which flattened the feathers and feathers hung low in certain areas and high in others. The stitching is visible and there's separating from the dress and the feathers in some areas.

I ordered a pretty basic outfit, and I needed it on a Monday, which is apparently not a business…read moreday for the owner (which I was not aware). $65 and the young lady who took my order and payment didn't bother telling me that the shop wouldn't be open that day. So I'm calling and texting and not getting a response on when I should pick up my outfit. Finally I got a call saying that I'd receive a call when the outfit was done. When I did get the outfit, I felt that it was cute, but it didn't look as if it needed two days worth of work, or even the six hours it took when I was told that the fabric was being cut. So as far as the work, beautiful. Flashy and it definitely makes a dancer stand out, in a good way. I'd give it 5 stars for the end products. Customer service isn't all that, though. Kinda have to hound someone to get a response to a call, text, or message on IG. Also the app and website aren't up to date.

Brides beware!! They are very slow to respond and communicate expectations poorly. Their…read morecancellation policy is 72 hours once the contract is signed and they seemingly intentionally do not respond in a timely manner within the cancellation window. Once outside of the cancellation window they were more responsive, however rude and unwilling to flex on their policy even after citing reasons why I was uncomfortable moving forward with their hair services, and willingness to work with them before deciding to cancel (the result was not what I wanted and I communicated this within 24 hours to them). I was dissatisfied with the hair trial for my wedding, which was voiced during the trial and dismissed, and now I am stuck with a non-refundable deposit because of their poor communication practices. I politely requested the difference of the deposit and trial services refunded to me, and was met with extreme defensiveness. I felt extremely undervalued as a customer, and their apology simply did not feel genuine or with any desire to make it right. Be careful when referencing their "not normal business hours" approach, because they will use this to say that just about any time that you contact them does not fall within that time frame. This is the main concern, I had high hopes and excitement for their services based on previous reviews, and was incredibly disappointed with the way they do business. They are very shady with contracts, and seems they will skew their words to ensure they are not violating their own contract. See the other one star reviews, it was a similar experience. Aside from that, Kaity who did my makeup was absolutely incredible. I started with wanting "natural but amp-ed up" and then realized I liked a lot more glam. She listened and provided advice, gave me exactly like my inspiration, and the makeup lasted all day - even after a gym workout. If you are confident in your services and need no changes, this make-up is worth it.
