When I arrived about 10 minutes before their 10 AM opening time, the shop was still closed, but shortly after, I saw the owner arrive and open up. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows since before COVID and had been letting them grow out, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was very kind and professional. When I showed her the style I wanted, she was honest and explained that my brows weren't full enough for that exact look. Instead, she suggested a similar style that would suit my natural brows better--and I'm so glad I trusted her! She was very gentle, took her time, and made sure everything looked great. I really appreciated her honesty and care throughout the process. I'll definitely be coming back!

Started in a private room for the lamination (about 1/2 hour) then back out into the common area for the tinting then threading. A very simple process and relaxing. This is supposed to last for about 6 weeks so we shall see. By the way, the scent of the lamination might be strong for some - reminded me of hair dye. The smell only lasted when it was applied then it was gone while we let it sit. Salon is clean and spacious. Parking out front and there's an entire lot of the shopping center. Give this place a try! I'll be back.
