They try to make it seem like its impossible to clean because it's 24 hours, when other gyms that charge less and have a bigger area can. It's a small area, there's no reason it should be that nasty. I've seen bugs plenty of times, the bathroom walls have smears everywhere, the floor and equipment is full of thick dust that makes me sneeze all the time. (I have pictures on several different days and several different areas of this filth, if they wanna try and lie). The only upsides to this gym are the 24/7 status and the variety of equipment. It's also not too crowded usually, but man that filthiness is insane. Gyms are already unsanitary, and for it to be that bad has to be a health hazard. You also have a ton of gross, sweaty men who get their sweat all over machines and don't clean them, and they never re-rack their weights. This is not necessarily their fault, but maybe if they enforced cleanliness and common courtesy more, it would not be an issue.

Why would you sign a 12 month contract if you weren't happy with gym or hurt. Do not go here, you will wish you had never stepped in this place. They just make excuses for their bad behavior.

I've also taken the Power Pilates class twice and I'm pleased to announce that though it was my first time I found it to be a great workout. I've taken the Restorative Yoga class after having a member recommend it. The instructor of that class was Kia( she also taught my second Pilates class) she welcomed me and answered my questions after the class. If you are looking for a new place for your workouts I would definitely recommend visiting. Stephanie, the manager, is wonderful and kind and will help in any way she can. The trainers are very personable with each customer that comes in, you get a customize workout each day. I love coming in the morning and they ask what do you want today? If I know it's going to be a tough day at work I ask for a circuit workout with a timer. I I'm look for some different but lite, I may get intervals. There's never a shortage of the various types of exercises that you can do so you don't get bored. The trainers are always coming up with new challenges as well as new meal plans. When I go in in the morning it's between the hours of 6 to 8pm (45 minutes) and I'm never there with more than five people. Hello Yelpers, This…read moreis actually hard to write because I've had a membership with Planet Fitness since 2016. Today is July 18th 2025 and I've finally canceled my membership. Why? Sit down this may take a minute: I have always paid my bill and have never missed a payment. However, Planet Fitness requires you to have to forms of payments linked to your account. Well I let my credit card, which is the back up expire due to my first experience with Planet Fitness billing me twice. Once to each card. I had a long fight with them but eventually got reimbursed. Since then, having a back up card has been sketchy since they have my banking info; routing number etc. Well, I've been going there for all these years and my information has been expired but never have I had the rudest encounter as I did today. The manager at the Loganville location was the last straw which broke up the relationship with Planet Fitness and this Army Veteran. I have watched so many people never badge in and people not clean the equipment after use and I still stayed there. The reason I mention that, is because cleaning equipment is policy too. She is not running people down making sure it's a clean establishment and holding people accountable to follow that policy but she enacted on a secondary payment that for over 4yrs have been an error and something every establishment has ignored. Well because of your rudeness, I will no longer support it. I canceled my membership! Felt great! Ive been to about 9 different locations in the Atlanta Metro. All of them are great except one..Loganville. It can be 11am on a Tuesday where 95% of the place are old white people age 55+ and there is nothing but VULGAR trap music blaring through the sound system. READ THE ROOM! None of the other locations do this...EVER! Its beyond annoying.
