The tow truck I called was unable to commute uphill for service. I'm a female and was in a scary situation. Your security Atlas Defense group had a man on duty named Brandon San Miguel. Brandon was beyond professional, he offered his help and gave me a sense of comfort, introducing himself and his job title. It started to get dark, he changed my tire and was an absolute guardian angel. I'm not from this area, I was by myself and I had terrible cellular reception. This security company/ security guard saved me!! This is the right team to hire to secure property/ premises, they go above and beyond in case of emergency situations as such! I am extremely grateful beyond words for this gentleman for exceeding his job duties and taking measures into his own hands and providing help to me. This company provides security for my condo complex. My experience has been that sometimes these…read moreguys are useful but mostly not. They are not effective at dealing with noisy neighbors. I've called them late at night for party noise control in the complex and nothing was done. When I called back an hour later, they told me they didn't hear anything when they walked by, which is hard to believe since it sounded like a band playing next door! They either did not come out, came out during a band break, or simply were afraid to confront the partyers. When I asked what should I do then if they won't enforce the noise ordinance, their answer was to call the police. I lived in another complex where security nipped noise problems in the bud, so I'm not sure why MPS can't perform this service.
