I'm trying to get away from Great Clips and go back to a barber shop experience. Unfortunately, it looks like only Great Clips has reliable hours of operation. Many of the barber shops in Arnold I've been told would be opened at a certain time were closed after spending my time and gas getting there. I recommend updating all of your online hours of operation notices so that they correspond with what is actually true. It's bright, sleek, and welcoming. It's a great experience; from booking online, to a warm welcome, to stepping out with a fresh cut. Austin continues to give me a great cut at a fair price. One thing I really hate for some reason is to get a haircut. Todays cut was a pleasant experience. The shop is clean and I really like the fact you can make an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and Austin took me right into the chair. He was quick, pleasant and efficient. The hot lather neck shave was a nice touch since I had not been to a "real" barber shop in years. Also the price was friendly and I will return. read more
