I called Jeremy's store after 6pm, struggling to find a repair shop that was open around this time…read moreon a Sunday. I was coming from LA trying to get back up to Seattle! Except my tire popped and it ripped open my gas pipe so I could no longer fuel up my tank without it leaking and not getting into my gas tank. It's really nice that when you call and he doesn't pick up, it sends an automated message and from there he gets back to you and you can message him your problem first to make sure he can fix it before wasting your time getting there and him not being able to fix the problem. After taking a look at my car's issue, he lets us kno what he can do and that he needs to get the parts the next day when the dealership opens back up in the morning. Next day rolls by and I message him in the morning asking for an update. He lets me know the dealership does not have our parts but offers a solution to get me back home! He fixes the issue quickly and at a great price! Jeremy is a credible and authentic mechanic!!! Very reliable. Another mention! When he was done assessing the issue, we asked if we could leave the car with him and uber back to our hotel since we didn't have any gas left. He said yes and so we left the keys with him. Me and my friend, both girls, were now waiting outside 15 minutes for our uber in the dark. However Jeremy waited for our uber to get there and then left, what a gentleman!

Califirnia City Automotive - Ridiculous alternator bill

So I just had to help my pops take care of his car troubles as his car broke down on the way back…read morefrom Las Vegas to San Francisco. We called AAA for a tow and they took us to this place. AAA had diagnosed the alternator gone bad on our 2002 e320. Over the course of the day, we called over and over with no avail to check on the status of this seemingly simple repair. We had no answer after a call in the morning saying they were very busy. We never spoke to the mechanic but we spoke to a Michelle over and over who said the mechanic would call us back on the status of the repair. He never did. When we finally got through and picked up the car they charged us $300 for labor and $267 for the alternator. Reason? It was too hard. If you google e320 alternator repair, you can see a video of a guy who does the job in 15 minutes. So I'm left with one of two conclusions, the mechanic sucks or the mechanic is a phone call dodging scumbag. TL;DR? Get your car towed somewhere else where an alternator job isn't considered difficult. You may have scammed my old man for a couple hundred, but I sure as hell hope this review turns away many more customers. Hope it was worth it. Merry Christmas all!

My mechanic told us that he was surprised we were not in some kind of bad accident because of how poorly our car was put back together, (or not put back together correctly AT ALL!). Learn from my mistake, save yourself the time, trouble, headache, stress and money!!! Go to P & N Garage, they are the bomb!!!!

The steering on our converted school bus was difficult, so we called Brian to see if he could tell…read moreus what might be wrong. He felt the front brakes and said the rotors were warped and he was sure that's what was causing the problem. Told him we'd like to get that fixed and he said he would start looking for the parts. Several days later, we hadn't heard back so we called again. He said he had his parts guy looking for what we needed but he hadn't found the parts yet. We told him we were only in town for another week and really wanted this done before we left. He told us we could find the parts ourselves if we were in a hurry. So, we called the International dealer an hour away and they immediately told us they had the parts we needed. (Why couldn't his parts guy find them?! It took us like five minutes.) Had the parts shipped overnight so we could get them installed. Called Brian, he didn't call back. Texted and reminded him we were leaving town soon and basically begged him to come do the install. He agreed to come on the last day we were in town. After the parts were installed, I took the bus around the block to test it out. Steering felt EXACTLY the same. No change at all. So even if the brakes needed new rotors, that obviously wasn't the problem we wanted to fix. Now we're out over $1200 and our steering still sucks. Wrong diagnosis, bad communication skills, zero effort to help us find parts. Overall super bummed with this entire transaction. But I guess our brakes are better now. ‍

They made it a point to try there best to help me the best they could and even though the business didn't go to them because of the size of the job and the time restrictions we had. They went above and beyond trying to help me with my situation. They were even willing to give me A Tow which is another service they offer. At the end of them helping me I tried to give them alittle Tip just to show my appreciation and they declined it. This in itself showed me the kind of man Bryan is and the kind of business he's running. He was just a person trying to help and that is really really appreciated Thanks again Bryan PS: I read through this other 1 star review and it honestly makes no sense because all I experienced was a guy doing his best to help me out the best way he could
