My car started vigorously shaking and the check engine light was flashing when I got into town. I found out it was only firing on three cylinders when the spark plugs weren't connected all the way. I went to Yampa valley, but they were too full to get me in. I met a nice man named Friday there and sent me to his shop Four Star. He was able to get me in right away, diagnose the problem and fix it within minutes. He also recommended I go to Midas to get reimbursed for the work to fix their problem and it worked. The staff here is honest and you can tell that they really know what they're doing. I felt taken care of and left with peace of mind. More importantly, I was able to get home safely and I wouldn't have been able to do that if it weren't for the amazing customer service and expertise here. This is an amazing auto shop and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was quoted that it would be between $125 - $150, depending on how many quarts of oil was needed. Okay, dropped my vehicle off the next day for an oil change. The owner/manager came out and gave me some BS reason why it was twice as much as quoted and twice as much as any oil change, I had ever done prior. Steer clear of this place for sure!

He offered a partial credit back to my credit card. $65.39 just showed up:-) Bottom line, the owner's call made all the difference. They will have my future business.

She communicated with me the entire time letting me know everything was ready for my arrival. When I arrived, she had the truck out front and ready for a test drive, then helped me go through the carfax and check everything out. Once we landed on an acceptable price she introduced me to Josh, her manager. He was as nice as Alexa and again made the process easy. I am now the proud owner of a new to me Ford Truck!
