This was my worst experience in physical therapy. They didn't do anything with me just put a warm towel around my neck and tell me go home a do shoulder rotation This people are just stealing money from patients with serious problems. I have experience with physical therapy places but this places is a joke. They have no knowledge or understanding of people's medical history or condition. There machines are really old and they just wasted my time and energy. Someone should really go and inspect this place. read more

I have had to have physical therapy many times in my life. This was, by far, the worst experience I've had so far!

I went in with high hopes of pain relief and/or a good recovery plan, having had debilitating hip/low back pain for almost two weeks, with my doctor telling me I've got severely misaligned hips and scoliosis. First of all, the front desk told me they didn't have my appointment written down on their schedule (luckily they found the note and were able to get me in). Then after being seen by the PT (Lee, I think?) he told me he'd have a tech put a heat pad on me and that he'd teach me some stretches to do everyday. (Like I haven't been heating and stretching for the last two weeks??) I have had several experiences with Physical Therapists and Chiropractors, even did an internship program in 2018 where I shadowed PTs and PTAs for school. Seems like Bear Creek PT doesn't know what they're doing, to put it *nicely*. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

Rod Stewart is a skilled physical therapist.The younger assistant is also very nice. Unfortunately, the woman who does reception and billing was so terrible to me that I will not be going back. I had the hardest time getting her to tell me how much my visits were costing. When I was finally told what they were billing me, I found out she told me one thing then billed my insurance for a higher amount. When I called to ask about it (And I was polite... It's not in me to be rude) She was immediately confrontational. I apologized for upsetting her and asked if I could just have a print out of the charges so I could understand them. She got very rude and hung up on me. Not a great way to treat people, especially in a professional setting. read more
