Sight unseen, with a few questions about the job over the phone, Kiwi provided competitive, reasonable, accurate estimate over the phone and was available that same week. Arrived on time (early) to job site with all materials and skilled, polite assistant. When paint I provided did not match, he quickly provided a solution, cutting a small piece of paint away in a non-visible location and mended three pickets on the fence outside while I got the paint matched at Ace in 15 minutes. Great with dogs. Military friendly, emphatically offering a 15% military discount even though I did not mention I was military prior to the job quote. Later i received an estimate, I accepted, the work started and was completed in 2 days.
