My only complaints are: (1) They tore the Ford sticker off of the front grill during the washing and (2) They charged more than I expected for the job. An "Express In and Out" is priced at $35 (for a midsize car) on their web page. I was charged $45 for the "Express In and Out" (the price listed for an oversize vehicle). Again, this was a Ford Edge, certainly NOT an oversize vehicle in my book. I questioned this price and got a series of confusing and irrelevant excuses from the man I talked to (e.g. he said they didn't charge me for polishing the tires...I didn't even want/expect the tires polished). So in summary I was quite satisfied with the quality of the work, but feel that I was overcharged. Perhaps this is "on me" for not establishing what the price was before handing over my keys.
