My daughter has been going for 4 months now and absolutely loves it. With my daughter being born during COVID, I really worried about her social skills & attachment to me. The transition to school part-time went better than expected and I've really seen her social skills & imaginary play grow. The reason I specifically picked this program is their combination of play-based learning & academics. I've seen my daughters understanding of letters and numbers grow while creating an overall love of learning. And more importantly I've seen a huge development in her social skills with other kids. Overall, we are so happy to have found a preschool that's the perfect fit for us & at a reasonable price point.

It is lovely to have our whole family in one building to cut down on commuting time. Having everyone in one spot simplifies our day and gives us the opportunity to join in on certain preschool class activities like the visit from the firetruck during Community Helpers Week. The Maker's Place feels like a second home - minus the clean up. I am able to focus on work while still having all of the comfort and amenities of being in a home like set up. My kids are here, but I don't have to clean up after them. It is a fantastic combination of spaces that fit our whole family. All of the teachers and staff have been very nice and courteous. They are genuinely engaged with our kids, helping them to become good humans. It is definitely more than a daycare, it is a school and a place of growth and community.

He especially liked Miss Mai, and I know this because when I let him know he'd be going to see her he got very excited. The facility is kept super clean and organized, breakfast and lunch are made fresh every day, they read, play music, do arts and crafts, have time outside, etc. I got a daily report and they'd also send me pictures of him so I could see how he was doing. The staff are certified teachers with degrees and are young enough to keep up with all the kids (LOL). Just writing this review makes me sad all over again that I couldn't keep him enrolled. Don't hesitate to check this place out if you are looking for great childcare.

They have gone on field trips to the Capitol for Native American Day as well as to the farmer's market nearby. All of the staff are very caring and do a great job engaging with the kids, both during fun time and academic time. They have "themes" for each week or month - books, aquatic life, Olympics, and maps are just a few that come to mind. The lessons, art projects, and books displayed around the center are all geared toward the theme during that frame. They post photos to a private Shutterfly site that parents can subscribe to and are very flexible when I need to get our son for a doctor appointment. We also love the meals and snacks are included, which saves us a lot of preparation time at home every day. They have a great play area outside, as well. All in all, we are so happy we found Little Big Time and highly recommend it!

We moved our daughter to Busy Bee after a difficult time at her previous center, where she cried…read moreevery day at drop off and pick up for two months, well past the transition period. She visited Busy Bee for two hours to see if it was a good fit and was immediately comfortable! No tears. We like to think she chose this daycare. Busy Bee has been a nurturing environment for our little one. The teachers are attentive and engaging. I really like that they have been willing to work with our daughter's own timeline rather than forcing her into a schedule. For example, while she was transitioning from two to one nap, the teachers were great about allowing her to nap when needed rather than immediately forcing her into a one nap day schedule for that classroom. They were also understanding as she weaned off a bottle and learned how to use a sippy cup. The classrooms are clean and stocked with lots of toys and books. There is a common indoor play space with lots of opportunity for babies/younger toddlers to develop gross motor skills and an outdoor play space for the older kiddos. The COVID precautions have been excellent at this facility. They truly care about the health and safety of children and staff. Bonus: Busy Bee provides breakfast, lunch, and several snacks throughout the day as well as milk and water. This has been a lifesaver for busy parents, and we appreciate that she gets healthy, balanced meals. They also have a music enrichment program and gymnastics! Busy Bee does not use an app to provide updates and photos throughout the day. Personally, I do not mind this at all as I used to obsessively check my phone at work for app updates. It is nice that the teachers are able to focus on the kiddos instead of logging everything on a tablet or phone. They are very good about relaying information at pick up. We are interested in nap time/length so the teachers always have that information for us. Other parents would like to know about diaper changes, eating habits, etc, and the teachers are excellent about communication with each family. My daughter talks about her daycare friends and teachers when she is at home. While we have to work, it is comforting to know that she is not only well cared for at Busy Bee but that she is happy to be there!

The teachers here are nurturing and passionate about working with infants and children. The space is wonderful and the courtyard that the infants play in is so bright and beautiful. I love that there is an on-site cook; it takes the guesswork out of making lunches. Although my daughter is still too young to participate, I love that they offer gymnastics for the 18mo and above children. That is something to look forward to in the near future. I can't say enough great things about this great community and their teachers. I'm happy to send my child to Busy Bee.

They genuinely care for the children, and create a safe place both physically and emotionally. There are so many activities offered throughout the day so the kids never get bored. My initial fear in putting my child into a new environment was quickly quieted once I met all the wonderful teachers. The actual space is beautiful as there are activities designated to different areas of the facility. These include: mud kitchen in the backyard, art on the main floor, dance studio upstairs, fire truck room, and plenty of comfy corners to read a book, just to name a few! If you're on the fence I recommend at least taking a tour of the preschool. You won't find a more inclusive and welcoming space elsewhere. My family has had a wonderful experience, and we look forward to many more memories to be had at ArtBeast.

She has grown in so many ways thanks to the education and emotional support she's received from everyone here. They are so intentional in everything they do with the kids, and we will be forever grateful for that. She's entering the world with a solid foundation because of their incredible care.
