He even invented a story that it was shipped and returned, but I proved that wasn't true. After endless back-and-forth, I told him to cancel the order -- he ignored me and sent it anyway. When I requested a return, he forced me to pay for it. Once he got the package back, he claimed the box was damaged and charged me a restocking fee. I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to get my money back.

I've taken two classes so far, with Cassie and Karielle. Both are amazing instructors! Very kind, patient, and encouraging. If you're new, you're invited into the class space early to speak with your instructor about any injuries, how to use the equipment, and you can claim your space near them to see better. The equipment changes and rotates so each class is different. They give you a basket with everything you need inside, including a sanitizer spray and towel so you can wipe down your station and equipment after class. They have other towels available in case you need one for sweat, and they have a water bottle filling station. You'll store your personal belongings in a locker and phones are not permitted in the actual workout room, which I appreciate. The classes are really fun and challenging, and modifications are available. I appreciate this low impact workout. Cool location. I love this neighborhood in the west loop. So many great restaurants nearby and fun things to do. Excellent experience! Really positive vibes here.
