Located in an unoccupied storefront there is plenty of space and it was almost full of vendors. The market was well attended during our visit around 11:30 with lines cueing up at some of the vendor tables. I did not see any produce vendors, and I suppose there is not much fresh veg growing in RI in February. Many of the vendors have socials accounts, websites and business cards. Definitely stop by and see if there is anything of interest. We found several vendors that would make good resources for gift giving in the future. The mall is doing well with most storefronts occupied. Rocky Point chowder house is to be opened in the food court. I look forward to that. Plenty of parking. Public restrooms near the food court and a nursing lounge near the middle of the mall.

I completely disregard the clothes because a few times I've seen a sign that says an item was under $39.99 and then you look at the price tag the Nordstrom rack price tag, and it was over that amount so I was very confused by this.
