Stopped in and dropped off 3 pairs of chinos and 2 sweaters on Monday and had them back by Wednesday. I asked for no crease on the pants, and the person behind the counter made sure she checked them before handing them back to me. I also like that I got a text message mid-day on Wednesday reminding me that my items would be ready for pick up, although I would have liked to have had the price included in the text message. Super friendly people and they did a great job on my clothes. I'll be back!

Review would have been good had the representative not started talking to me like I was an idiot for asking about a product issue that would otherwise have not resulted in a one star review. I have been told at length how James is aware of the situation and does not plan on doing anything about it. I will be filing a PPO on the manager, but I am deeply concerned about the co-owner approving of threats of violence against me. I have now been waiting until 4:30 PM the day after for contact from Joe Gee. It is clear nothing is going to be done about this. Be safe when dealing with this company, you can see my messages. It has been brought to my attention the manager is also going around saying I demanded a free repair. I didn't ask for a thing. I told him I did not want to work with Crash Masters. The screen protector isn't even on right now that I look at it. All around awful.

After stopping in several times to inquire, the owner/Manager said that they would deliver when it was done. On the day it was finished, I got a call saying I could come pick it up. They did not deliver it as he said. When I arrived, no effort was made to "make things right"; I was charged full price and sent on my way. I get it... I am just a home-owner with a lawn. I am not a business. I only have 1 riding mower, not a whole fleet. This shouldn't stop basic customer service and trying to keep the customer happy. Given other choices in the area, I will not be going back there again.
