I loved how management went out of their way to make sure the kids received the best loving care possible. They always made sure to go over and beyond state requirements. For example in a classroom where the state ratio is 1 teacher per 10 kids, at Bold Springs, there would be two teachers for 9 kids! This made the job so much more enjoyable. It gave me the freedom to take time out of my busy day to just love on the kids and attend to their individual needs. In addition, if teachers needed help for any reason at any time, management was always quick to fill the need. Sadly my situation required me to relocate. But I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare in the Monroe Area.

They fill up quick so I was thinking no way they'd accommodate last minute-- but wow, they did! I was thrilled and it meant so much. Our main instructor was Logan and Mallory was also there to guide us. They were funny, personable, and kind. I'm extremely shy, so it was surprising for my family to see me making jokes and being involved. The energy there just makes you feel comfortable to be yourself. They really talk to you as a good friend; they even remembered everyone's names and seemed interested in each person. (I kept mentioning how hungry I was because I had a busy day-- Logan had a pop tart and offered it to me, lol! It's things like that that make me smile :) As for the pottery making itself, it was so informative but also fun. They made me feel relaxed so I could dive in and give it a shot without messing up. I get nervous doing things like this because I get stressed from work and academics-- I don't want to worry about "messing up" when having fun. They made sure everyone knew that any accident can easily be fixed or accommodated. LONG NAILS: I usually have very long nails. In the photo I have about the Long (L) length currently. Usually it's between M and L. They had accommodations for this and taught alternate methods when needed and it caused no issues. Awesomeeee!! OVERALL: -Kind, inclusive environment -Commitment to making everyone feel comfortable and spreading joy -Great instruction for newbies -Affordable -Great location, lots of eateries nearby -Hilarious instructors -Very "Bob Ross"-esque vibe aka "We don't make mistake, we have happy accidents" love it!

From day one, the communication has been outstanding. The staff is always responsive, transparent, and proactive, keeping us updated by sending home daily reports, posting photos of our daughter throughout the day, and sharing the little milestones that mean so much to us as parents. I always feel informed and reassured knowing what kind of day my daughter is having. Beyond the great communication, what really stands out is the environment they've created--warm, welcoming, and genuinely nurturing. The Director is normally at the front desk to welcome in the kids and is normally the one to answer the phone throughout the day to answer any questions I may have. It's clear that she is so passionate about what she does. The same applies to Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Angela. My daughter's teacher, Ms.Jordin is the absolute best. My daughter adores her. They all do a fantastic job of making the daycare experience fun and engaging (my first time mommy heart LOVES the Spirit Weeks). There are regular themed days, seasonal events, and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play. It's so heartwarming to see her already forming friendships and getting excited to see her friends each day. Most importantly, I feel that my daughter is safe, loved, and supported and that peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a daycare that truly puts children first!
