They have been there for me multiple times when I've been laid off and have been able to get me employment in my chosen field. I have always been paid timely every week and can say that diskriter has been a great employer. I also receive my pay stubs in the mail as well as direct deposit. I'm very happy with their service. They did pay me well and were very helpful. I was referred by a friend to apply with them and would recommend them to others.

Didn't get…read morethe job, but four months later, after quitting the job I had found during that job search period (I go through a LOT of jobs), I got an email from a different staffing service regarding the same warehouse job. So, employers do use these internet based, international staffing services. (Might be the companies using this type of resource have a LOT of turnover, possibly indicating the job, or maybe culture/work environment, isn't the greatest. But, alternative explanation, COVID has played havoc on the job scene. Lot of people don't want to work at minimum wage jobs when they can earn more by sitting home and watching Oprah!)

I recently participated in a resume consult with Tim. I thought 15 minutes was not enough time. I…read morewas mistaken. Tim covered more ground in those 15 minutes than I probably do in a 30+ minute run. This was, of course, possible because he requested my resume when I scheduled the appointment. Not only did he review my resume prior to the session, he asked questions about my professional history, learned about my goals, and provided feedback. He provided insight, and persuaded me, to stop trying to scrunch my experience into just one page. He provided many visual examples (definitely appreciated them) and helped me find some key phrasing for describing my strengths. He also explained how I can help the hiring manager see how my current goal to pivot my career is a logical one. In the end, I was provided with a resume template. Honestly? I felt invigorated by the whole process, and ready to take on the world. It allowed me to revamp my resume so that I could finally start applying for new jobs. If you need help with your resume, or struggling to highlight how you excelled at your last role, I would definitely contact Next Jump to aid you.

Josh was the first recruiter that I had who actually listened to me and what my goals/requirements…read morewere. I've had countless recruiters bring jobs to the table that were not a good fit. I feel like Josh was the first one that listened and found me an interesting full-time position that was a good fit for what I was looking for. So many other recruiters DO NOT do that. I even had one recruiter from a different company laugh at my salary requirements telling me that I needed to, "lower my expectations". Other recruiters would also offer me things like iOS development (when I'm a C# programmer) or 6-month contracting positions when I told them I was only interested in full-time. This has been, by far, my best experience with a staffing agency and recruiter hands down.
