Not having a "go-to" barber makes it tough to try someone new and this choice was made even tougher that there were no reviews online. After thinking about it a bit more I decided to give it a shot since I had driven by this place hundreds of times over the years and I was looking so scrappy I didn't even want to look at myself in the mirror any more. That all being said, I was very happy with the hair cut I received. It came out looking really good and Eric was super friendly which made my time sitting in the chair enjoyable with good conversation. The way Eric cut my hair is a little different than I am used to because he spent a lot of time with the clippers vs the buzzer which was nice. I've noticed that some other barbers struggled with scissors and relied solely on the buzzer. I think this helped the longer parts of my hair come out nicely. One thing I would have liked was to get cleaned up around my neck with a straight razor which I don't know if he does, but for a 13 dollar haircut it really can't be beat. I expect that service when I am paying 20+ but when it's 13 dollars I really can't complain. For the price point, convenient location on main street and how my hair came out well, I will definitely be back next time I am in the area and encourage trying him out.

After leaving there and looking at my ears/sides, it seems like John was in a bit of a rush because above my ears etc there are still little hairs and strays that he missed. Maybe I am spoiled but usually my regular barber takes a few extra minutes and really cleans me up. I feel like I still need to go (somewhere else of course) and get a shape up. What really sucks is setting aside the time for a haircut and now I still need to go and get it done the right way. He was almost there, but maybe he was in a rush. Maybe take a few minutes and make the client feel like you took your time with them. I guess this place is perfect for you if you are in a rush and you really dont care what you look like as long as you had a rudimentary haircut. I will not be going back there!

It was a flawless experience from booking the appt to meeting with Robb. He was so good with our son. Started by giving him a fireman's cape, then had us sit him in this cool fire truck. Before the appt, we received a text with very helpful info so we felt prepared. Robb was extremely patient and a true a professional. The haircut is so much better than we even expected. At the end, he gave us a lock of our sons hair in a bag as well as a certificate for his 1st haircut. I can tell you after this experience we have no reason to ever look elsewhere when it's time for a son's next haircut.
