I entrusted my recently purchased Condo to this company. The cleaning was mediocre to bad, the filter for the A/C was not changed. They made repairs I asked not be done or didn't ask me at all and then charged me. They never gave me a copy of my contract. When I asked they said they had given me one. I asked for another copy and they refused. When I cancelled they made me stay with their company for 90 days or pay them $$$ and after kept funds owed me for an additional 60 days. These people are crooks!!!!! Plain and simple. No sugar coating. Do not do business with them. They will not take care of you nor the owner of the property you are staying in. They Will Keep every deposit .... consider yourself warned. They are losing homes to manage. You should go elsewhere way too many other companies to deal with. They skim from the cleaners and repairs therefore everyone suffers. You get a unclean Home and no response when tv won't connect, damages that they pin on the next guest instead of catching from previous tenant . Avoid at ALL cost. Buyer beware. Stay away !!! Merchant refuses the refund full rental deposit despite their own Rules allowing for it based on substitution of rental unit by them . Vacation Rental Booked with this Merchant for 12/06 to 12/09. Cancelled and rebooked by the actions of the Merchant and not by our will nor desire. No comparable units are available and their own rules allow full refund if original unit is not available. Been advised last minute that the booked unit is not available. Substitution offered is not acceptable. Owners refuse to refund. Their own rules state: 28. Substitute of Accommodations & Availability: Occasionally, a property which has been reserved will not be available for reasons beyond our control. When that happens, BVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations. If comparable accommodations are not available, you will have the option of selecting from our available properties at the published rate or receiving a complete refund of your reservation deposit. Receiving a complete refund is never an option any more. Owner is rude and the only answer is NO. Owners advised of no availability of the booked unit at the last minute. AVOID !!!! read more

Crooks..................... they have managed my home for many years. the last 2 yrs have gone downhill. I'm having to spend $15,000 to paint inside from all the damage and replace furniture that was only 3 months old. UNBELIEVABLE..... the floors had dried up places where they hadnt even cleaned them, sand in the tub, blinds all messed up, dirty dishes, dust all over the floors, and they knew the owner was coming. All the tvs and internet were unhooked. Broken lamp still in closet that the manager told me he would replace over a year ago. Furniture broken. Nasty grill that is 6 months old and wouldn't even work. I'm still waiting for my aug 2017 stmt they sent july and skipped aug. and received one for sept charges.....which I was not even on their program. and believe it or not they charged me for linen fee, trash pick up, maint fee on things no longer to be used since my last day with them was aug 31. They made up stuff to keep my $500 reserve. These people are plain and simple crooks. who knows what else will be on my aug stmt must be a lot of bogus charges again since they haven't posted it. . Consider yourself warned........ They have lost half of their rental homes this past year. They will make false promises. They even still show my home and pool on their site. I guess they want to look like they have a lot of stuff and use as bait. I have to say I have never had or taken time to write a review but this is horrible. They need to go out of business................. Just a matter of time they have had to let most of their staff go already. Stealing from the owners and renters, padding repairs and cleaning fee is their only income. BBB will be hearing about them.
