As expected, the skill and professionalism in perfoming this work turned out "outstanding." We would certainly recommend Simple Washing for your cleaning needs. Big THANKS to the Simple Washing Team. Updated 27 Apr 2022: Over the years we have used several companies to pressure wash and seal our pavers. We often went with the other company not really knowing the full extent of care needed to restore pavers to a like new condition. The "Simple Washing" company Veteran Owned Ronald Farah is no doubt a Leader in this field of work and a true professional in directing his team of technicians. The cleaning strategy used by "Simple Washing" is a multi-stage fully involved deep cleaning approach that certainly many companies either overlook or do not perform. I will say initially we had our reservations but after watching the Simple Washing Team at work (Ronald, Rich and John) we were quicky put at ease with our paver cleaning decision. The company is on top of their game with "Big Boy" industrial cleaning equipment, supplies and customer care communications work methods. We were provided with an estimate and kept informed through a reminder notification messaging network utilizing e-mail, phone calls or text messaging. The task of cleaning our pavers, front and back of our home was no small job. As mentioned, we had used other companies before but discovered that a one crew company often left some areas of work untouched or not performed. Seriously, after watching the Simple Washing Team at work there is no way possible a one crew team could have ever performed this type of multi-stage cleaning without being completely exhausted. I would strongly encourage that you contact Ronald at Simple Washing for an estimate today by calling 321-271-8586. The result will surely blow you away! Thanks Ronald and the Team at Simple Washing for taking on our cleaning project, and for the military discount.

Simple Washing Paver Sealing and Pressure Washing 457…read moreCapeador St NW, Palm Bay, FL Critical: Quality, Value We had Simple Washing come out and wash our house and driveway, they charged us $1600.00 for the pleasure. I had them come out a couple of years ago and power wash the house. They did a good job then. I am not sure what happened between then and now, but the work done a couple of days ago. was not up to standards. Actually, we had damage done to our aerator, it is leaking on both the input and the output. Ronnie came to me and told me that he fixed it for us. Now we have to have a plumber come out and fix the leaks. The house wash was okay with the exception of the tree damage and dead plants that were sustained during the cleaning. The real issue is the driveway that they charged $731.00 to clean. it has orange streaks all over it. When he told me he was finished after about an hour and a half, I told him that I was not happy with it, and my Husband wouldn't be either. He told me to go too Lowe's and buy some rust cleaner. Not acceptable. He left without fixing it. On the receipt he emailed to me, (attached), it said the would fix any mesh lines left behind. I have attached pictures of the end result of his $731.00 driveway wash. My husband does not want him on our property again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
