The worst experience in my hole life with doctors This…read moreplace should be closed down and doesn't deserve even one star! I should have learned my lesson from the first time we went there when The nurse was shaking while giving my son a shot But this is nothing compare to this time when My son suffered 10 day fever because they Didn't follow up with a throat culture result for 5 days! And keep telling us it's normal all kids get it it's viral just wait it out with no medicine proscribed! And this is after two visits to their office and no medication proscribed and everything is ok it's normal! Well I waited to long and had to take my son to Er where finally they proscribed antibiotics and my son start feeling better! Would never ever recommend anyone who loves their children to get close to this place !

We only came here for her she was very good and friendly and always knew how to treat my sons symptoms ! I recently came here on Monday for my sons fever to be checked out , and his cough .... Jessica said that it was viral and it would run its course , fever stayed and Thursday it was super high and I called for an appointment I called at 9 am till 9:30 couldn't get ahold of the office the line was off . Finally at 9:30 they said I couldn't come in untill 2:30 there was no doctor or anyone to see him! How can you not have a doctor or nurse available at a children's doctor office ???????? Regardless we came at 2:30 were we sat in a room for 30 min with a high fever and no one to check if he was ok or not , the doctor comes in another New one because I guess the other new guy they had patients taking surveys on if they liked him or not ??? How professional .... you have to have a survey on a dr of you like him or not will debate if he keeps his job?? So what his medical history should have been why they hired him so they obviously just hire anyone and then do surveys if they make the cut !! SUPER un professional I am comming to you with trust that the doctor is good and will take good care of my child's health ! Anyways they said again he had nothing did another throat culture .....I go home my son is just getting worse not better fever all night coughing just super sick Sunday comes i call them for the on call doctor because here I have been listening to thier advice on how to just comfort care my child and he dosent need anything but that ..... ok I leave a message NO on call dr calls me back I take my son to urgent care which they refer me to go to the ER and comes out he needed antibiotics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So because of the Mis diagnosis and trust I had with them my son was suffering for a good 7 days ok then Monday due to my message I left on Sunday with the " on call" doctor which never returned my call Monday Jessica calls me and says the strep is positive how unprofessional!!!!!!!! They don't care for the children here ! They aren't checking and following up properly! They are worried about the survery for the new doctors !!!! I will never come here with my son ever !!! I am so disappointed with this facility !!!!!
