The environment was very friendly and supportive. The class I took was a circuit-style strength training for arms. The place is modestly sized with just enough equipment. They were able to make do with their limitations by creating numerous exercises for us. I would just say on behalf of myself that since I am not very strong, it was hard to jump into some of the exercises. The class size made it very conducive for the coaches to give notes and tips on form. However, due to the size/equipment limitations + circuit-training format, I had a hard time doing the full workout.

The studio paired me with Becky, and she has been amazing. The private sessions with her helped me rebuild confidence in my form and feel ready to transition back into group classes. Unfortunately, she lives in Long Beach and they wouldn't honor the gift certificate unless you live within a 10 mile radius. We were given the options of buying a day pass or sign up.
