My Mom loves the beach and he did it for her. He has tremendous mobility issues (had trouble getting to our room even with his walker) so he planned to just hang out there. Nope! I called these guys and they were able to deliver the heavy duty lobster to our room the next morning. On time, incredibly friendly and instructive (Maria - you rock!). My dad was able to enjoy the beach in a way he never would have been able to otherwise. And our family was able to reconnect. ilIt was an amazing trip made possible by your services. I'll see you again next year and I am bringing cookies for tour entire staff! Thank you to the moon!!!

I spoke with one helpful representative and received a quote for a 6-day rental package. Given the…read moreweather forecast, we decided to only rent for 2 days. When I called back to book, I spoke with someone else. The quotes were very similar for the same package, but for 4 less days. After some discussion back and forth, the representative gave a 2-day rental quote that seemed more reasonable, so we proceeded. We have kids, so we added the $25 protection insurance but, BE WARNED. It only is for BROKEN gear, not lost. We added it because we were more concerned about a kid losing a mask or snorkel in the ocean waves, not necesarily breaking one. $60 for a lost mask that was of poor quality. (Our Dollar Tree masks actually worked better.)
