Driving all the way there and the business being closed due to snow (tried to call but there is NO WAY to call them directly and I was routed to some offshore representative who was unable to tell me information about individual businesses) 3. Spray tan ran out of tanner midway through spray. I told front desk person and they assured me it had been checked only to have my front and back turn out totally different colors the next day 4. This place was so clean, and the staff is pleasant. The owner helped me through signing up for my monthly membership, also showed me around the place and explained the difference between the beds! Two girls at the front desk. one said absolutely nothing maybe she was in training. Talk to the other, let her know that I have never been here before, that I received this $10 try anything out offer. All she did was look at me and said, ok. I said, it's been awhile since I've tanned so not sure what to try. She said well you can try whatever. I said, ok, well I'm not sure what you have to offer, what do you suggest? She said I'll just put you in bed 13 or 14. Ok, I said. I told her I had my Goggles, but needed to purchase a packet of lotion, cause I this point not knowing anything about this place and not getting any help I quickly decided to not purchase a package or lotion only the packet. If I did like my session I'd probably go to another location that could actually help me with my questions. So Juliette per the receipt said your total is $29.35. I then asked, thats with the $10 offer, she said yep. So the packet of lotion that is a one and done is $19.35. Understanding tax etc, but how Did my $10 offer turn into $29.35. just looked at me and said how long do you wanna tan for. I said let's try 8mins, ok you're in 13. Again, never been here before, not sure where bed 13 is, how to turn it on anything. I really should've just walked out but, I didn't. Anyways, tanned was walking out both girls sitting down talking g to each other, I said thank you. They both stopped talking looked at me and said nothing. Are all Palm Beach teams like this?
