Well.... I am so sad to leave this review. I went today as I generally do every day. I wasn't specific on which bed I wanted. I went in bed 15. I am the brightest shade of red possible. I can barely move and cry walking up the stairs. I have never been more crisp leaving a tanning salon. I had a hot date this weekend...that won't happen because I can't move. Also the lotion doesn't prevent burning like they claim while selling. Don't go full time. It isn't fun for anyone involved. I give this shade of red a 1 out of 10 Update: two hours later, I have blisters under my booty. Still can't move. Pray for me. read more

I am so disappointed in this place! The customer service is not how it used to be. I pay to get the whole package and i have not had acess to the beds or what I pay for.It has gone down hill in the last couple months I would rather take my business else where it was such a great place! Beaches Tanning has become a shady and deceptive organization that has no interest in anything other than pocketing your cash. The marketing material is deceptive, offering "deals" to get you in the store, then making excuses (3 different ones by 3 people in 8 minutes) as to why they will not honor their own advertising. Their attempts to resolve clearly articulate that customer loyalty and common sense mean nothing. Being a member of the Beach Club is a joke, more red tape and fine print than you can imagine. Their Customer Service lead, Leah, tries to play amateur lawyer instead of providing customer service to resolve a simple request. I strongly advise anyone to avoid all Beaches locations because the issue is Leah and the management behind the stores. They should be ashamed for turning what used to be a reasonable and professional establishment into the money grabbing, hole that it is today. read more

Your business is only as good as the people who work there, and unfortunately, the staff here is absolutely terrible! The customer service is awful--every interaction feels like a hassle, and the employees are rude, unhelpful, and act like they don't want to be there. I had a simple question, and instead of being met with professionalism, I got eye-rolls and attitude. That being said, the actual services--like the beds--are great, which makes it even more frustrating. If management would take the time to hire and properly train staff who actually care about customer service, this place would be amazing. Until then, I wouldn't recommend dealing with the horrible employees. Definitely need to re-evaluate who you have representing your business! read more

The girls that work here are so energetic and inviting, knowledgeable about products and the beds, the prices are great and I never feel pressured to do a specific bed or buy anything. I went in for 1 spray tan. I told the girl helping me I was not interested in any memberships, even though she continued to try and get me to buy a membership or pass. After the 5th time of telling her I'm not buying a membership today and that I'm only here for 1 spray tan, she scowled at me and didn't even proceed to go over instructions of how the spray tan booth works or anything. read more

This is definitely one of those places to be careful about. I tried so many times and at many locations. It is definitely a cultural issue. Tonight was the last straw. I watched as a line out the door with several people in line waited while Indy and Rachel served a new customer (couple) I counted 5 folks in front of me. The separate tours and lengthy push for products and packages each gave separately is a very common scene at each location. When you are new you think you must have hung the moon with such thorough attention. I personally had to tell my rep the first time I was sold she didn't have to go past it I really just needed to tan. If you are one of the (suckers) patrons paying near $80 for package which is said to include everything (somehow there was always another $26 i still to pay every time.) you will wait sometimes up to an hour. No one will acknowledge you and even if you are getting a simple service they could simple tell you what room to go in they won't. The chaotic efficiency will baffle any business person. I saw 4 people walk out tonight one waited over 30 min. Two of them said they cancel too. But it's not easy they of course can sign folks up and "freeze" the account but to cancel you have to call. Oh and the hours aren't typical. I would recommend to anyone here do not ever sign up for their packages! Never ever! Just say you are new every time and watch how the other poor folks who have signed up are miserable treated like less than. The company is all about new business but it's obviously the model for retention is making leaving just too hard! Avoid run ... they are truly better places! read more

Great customer service. I love how clean this place is. The staff is constantly cleaning. My wife was using the same bed after me, and I didn't use the towel. They still switched it out for a new one just to make sure. Prices are comparable to other salons but I love the fact that the salon is new, so the beds are new. read more
