It's not an exaggeration to say Andrea has been a true blessing during the past six months, guiding me through what felt like a daunting process of overcoming disk and postural issues. From day one, Andrea's approach was a perfect mix of professional knowledge, steady encouragement, and genuine kindness. Her careful selection of healing exercises wasn't just routine--it was tailored, intentional, and remarkably effective. Thanks to her expertise, I've seen dramatic improvements in my strength and stamina. When I first began therapy, walking on a treadmill for even ten minutes was a struggle. With Andrea's guidance, not only have I doubled that time to twenty minutes, but I can also comfortably sustain a rate of 1.4 with an incline of .5. These might sound like small victories, but anyone who's dealt with chronic pain will understand what a massive difference these milestones make. While the entire staff at Professional Physical Therapy creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere and always offers help when needed, it's Andrea's unwavering support and careful supervision that truly set my experience apart. She knows when to push, when to listen, and when to offer a reassuring word--skills that aren't learned from a textbook but come from genuine dedication to her patients' well-being. I am deeply grateful to Andrea Sanichar and everyone at Professional Physical Therapy. Their care has left an unforgettable mark on my journey to better health, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Andrea, for making such a difference--you are simply the best.
