Thank you very much Chuck at Gary Yeomans Ford for going above and beyond to take care of us !…read more My bronco had some freak issue that we couldn't understand. At first the issue was misdiagnosed causing the problem to not be covered by warranty and when we felt wrongfully done, Chuck personally made sure that it was thoroughly inspected by him. He discovered it was not and did us right by fixing the problem. They took care of it, and made sure we were taking care of while we waited for it to be back on the road! Thank very much, Chuck ! Great guy, great business.

Went in there today after what seemed to be genuine conversations with Travis to buy a vehicle they had listed on the website for $6,100. Me and my wife have 2 kids and have been without a vehicle for 6 months becuase its rough out here and our financial situation cant support buying a nice reliable vehicle, which was made abundantly clear to Travis. While Travis seemed to be caring and understanding things very quickly got uncomfortable when he walked back clearly nervous up to me after talking to his "finance manager" with a paper that showed a price of nearly $10000, keep in mind i had been reassured numerous times the car was $6000. Travis did his best to try and make since of why the car price jumped 4 grand and started explaining we did not qualify for the "gary yoemans discount" even though he tried to fool me by showing me on the website which says nothing about qualifying for "gary yoemans discount". Minor notation he also mentioned fixing the broken rocker bumper thing and that there was 2 key fobs. Which both of those were lies as well. Continuing on the situation got worse when Travis failed to make since of anything so he passed me to finance in hopes they could work me over, which also didnt work becuase it became very clear I was being lied to and taken advantage of given we are desperate for a vehicle and wanted to do business with a reputable place so we could establish a good relationship because we plan to buy another vehicle in a year. After being passed to Allison the finance girl I decided to figure out all these fees they were trying to charge and I started doing a little research given its 2026 and you can pull anything up in 60 seconds. They were trying to include a $1200 "documentation fee" in the sales price of the car as well as a additional $500 documentation fee on top of the $1200. Me being the young inexperienced buyer that I was up until this point had no idea THESE FEES ARE STRICLY FOR DEALERSHIP PROFIT, IT IS NOT REQUIRED. So I started to negotiate with Allison and she did her best to close me and make me believe I was required to pay these $1700 in fees plus a additional $2500 "bank fee". Unfortunately for Allison I also do sales for a living so I quickly caught onto the game and started researching everything she was saying directly in front of her, bank fees are NOT a thing and per Mrs Allison's very own words "this is a fee the bank charges the dealership" that she so conveniently was trying to pass along to me. So very quickly my $4900 car with 160k miles on it became $9000-$10000 becuase of all these "required" fees. After several hours going back and forth with Allison she failed to explain and disclose the legitimate reasoning and details as to what exactly these fees are for and why I was being forced to pay for them if I wanted the car. My simple $4900 car with $2500 down somehow managed to cost me a monthly price of over $300 due to all these fees they were trying to include. Which Allison so kindly explained was so gary yoemans can "keep the lights on". I could not in my right mind agree to give gary yoemans every dollar I have to my name knowing I was being lied to and taken advantage of. I decided to walk away even though my wife needs a car to transport our children. But I would rather continue to ride the bus and uber rather then go broke giving money to a company that clearly cares more about profits than it does about its customers and doing honest business.

Like an assembly belt......get in, go on and get out! Fixing recalls or other issues is like pulling teeth here. Each visit has been a waste of time. I was told the sensor was replaced, but less than 24 hours later, the exact same warning signal came back on. This clearly shows the problem was never properly diagnosed or fixed. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Despite being under warranty, they seem unwilling to fully repair the issue or take the time to ensure it's actually resolved. Instead, I keep getting sent away with the same unresolved problem. This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially when dealing with something related to vehicle safety. I expected better service, communication, and follow-through. I would not recommend this dealership if you're relying on them for warranty repairs.

We spent several hours with him, and by the end of our visit, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Nick was open, honest, friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Over my 75 years, I have purchased dozens of vehicles, and this was the first time I experienced a dealership where there were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to push us into buying something we didn't want. His relaxed, no-pressure approach made the entire experience enjoyable, and it was a significant reason we chose to purchase the LYRIQ. When we met with the Finance Department, the experience continued in the same way. It was simply an easy, straightforward conversation. We knew what we wanted, and there was absolutely no hard sell or pressure to purchase additional products. In fact, we purchased the GM Platinum Protection Plan from Ritchey, even though we knew we could have bought the same plan elsewhere for less. Why? Because we appreciated the honest, respectful, no-pressure way we were treated throughout the process. That kind of customer service is worth something. Buying a vehicle can often be stressful. Our experience at Ritchey Cadillac was exactly the opposite. It was comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable from beginning to end. I highly recommend Ritchey Cadillac. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, integrity, and treating customers with respect rather than pressure, this is the place to go.

On the very first day, a seat-restraint sensor warning came on. I called and spoke with Julie in the repair department, who told me that they had performed work on the seat/upholstery and likely had not reconnected a wire correctly. She asked us to check underneath the seat for a loose wire. My husband checked, but all of the wires were hidden beneath a box that was itself loosely connected--suggesting the area was not properly reassembled after their repair work. I called Julie back, left a voicemail explaining what we found, and never received a return call. On the second day, a tire-pressure sensor warning came on. On the third day, the convertible top stopped working entirely. I contacted Spanos Motors again and spoke with Tim, the salesperson who sold me the car. He immediately transferred me to a manager. I explained that I was extremely concerned and uncomfortable driving a vehicle that had three separate warning/issues within the first three days of ownership. We asked about returning the car and were told that was not an option. The manager said he would call me back to let us know what they could do to resolve the situation. That was the last I heard from them. A luxury vehicle should not be delivered with this many immediate issues, especially after the dealer apparently performed repairs before delivery. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of follow-up after I raised legitimate safety and reliability concerns. I expected Spanos Motors to stand behind the vehicle they sold and shipped to me. Instead, I was left with a car I do not feel comfortable driving and no response from management.
