This business is a total scam, DO NOT GO HERE! They tried to charge me over $200 for 1 wrap and 2 clip in extensions. They even talked my daughter into getting one even though she didn't want to. I had no idea clipping in some seashells into hair would cost $80. Total rip off. Their prices are not clear, $4.99 per inch to clip in an extension??? They also wrapped 2 inches past the end of my daughter's hair costing more. When I complained about the price, their go to line was, I will just call the police. I am a law abiding citizen and this was so unprofessional, leaving my kids traumatized and in tears. Again...DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Did a hair wrap on mine and both daughters hair. An hour later we came back informing them my oldest is having a head ache and her wrap is pulling her hair ao much causing her pains. Was told it'll be good by morning. The hair was so stiff and when you bend it it stayed in position, stuck straight out on top as she got hers on top, while mine (mine was under) and youngest (top) wrap wasn't as stiff, bendable and laid down with rest of our hair. Came back the next morning explained the situation and the lady started to cut it out of my daughters hair, then was told afterwards by the owner when they went to start to rewrap that it would be another charge, then was told had we came back 4 hours after it would be different.. we came back an hour later to have them fix it and was told itll work out, give it time, see about it tomorrow.. so we told and showed her the bruise 13 hours later as they was closed after 10, qnd we got it done around 8pm that was left on the scalp and she still said recharge. Very rude and didnt care that her worker left a bruise on my childs scalp along with one part of the follicle bleeding assuming from pulling or bruising, not sure. Mine and my youngest was fine and didnt need redo, but my oldest needed redo as the worker damaged my daughters scalpbruising, bleeding hurting her. So we paid $90 of pain with a bruise to show for.. read more

The people working here are very nice but I suspect that is part of how they get you to stick around and spend money. I took care of my henna tattoo exactly as recommended but it was already faded in less than 24 hours:( Not only did the tattoo not last, but I was also charged more than the price that was show in the book. AWFUL since i can't give it a 0 star rating i give it a 1. we paid $61 for two small "henna" tattoos. all they did was put a black stencil on us and then paint over it with this teal nail polish looking stuff. we also didn't get to get the ones we wanted and picked because they didn't have them so we had to pick a different one and they over charged us for the second one we had to pick. after they took the stencils off we realized they messed them up so we told them and all they had to say was "it will be black in 24 hours" awful experience awful customer service awful selection AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! do not waste your money. read more

Wtf I got "henna" done, they used what looked like dollar tree stencils and a liquid that looked like a shampoo and watered down nail polish concoction. Total cost was around fifty dollars for two jobs that looked like they were done by blind 5 yr olds. read more

My hair client has worked hard to have beautiful healthy hair only to try something as simple as braids. The person who but the braids in did not care about her hair, coating it so heavy with a wax substance that require several shampoos with 2 times Malibu Goo-gone and 3 times Dawn Dish Lotion and 3 regular shampoos. we had to use extra warm water her hair at the scalp area turned white because of the wax used to hold her hair. Our family just got the Henna tattoo's. I would not recommend getting it done here. They were not centered and didn't listen regarding placement. Not worth the cost. There are definitely better places that we could have gone to, and the ones that my daughter and son got were stickers. Amazon has similar tattoos to those, therefore you would save money if you just bought it off of that. read more

SCAM ARTISTS. Please do not use. Save your money. 1. They are dishonest about how they charge for their braids. They add extensions to raise the price without asking or informing you. 2. They had my husband pay while my little girl was having her service done and then turned around and charged me again! (The inflated price) 3. I sure wish that I could give a -5 stars review because this place is TERRIBLE. They absolutely scammed my daughter into getting a braid in her hair by telling her that it would cost around $30, but when it came time to check out it was over $60 because they had put in fake extensions and didn't mention anything about it before or while it was happening. This place makes money by blatantly scamming and lying to children and it is completely uneithical and should be looked into. I would also like to add that the product they use is easily purchased at any Dollar General store in the country. We went to purchase the exact same products and spent $7.87. How is it possible that they can legally quote one price (that is already extremely inflated) but then actually charge double once the work is done? This place is not worth spending a penny at, definitely be forewarned that they WILL DEFINITELY scam you in the end. read more
