I believe they have 39 beds. We met Dominic Bastone, the Administrator. He listened to our story (unlike the other facilities) and said they had a bed available. We were so happy that we found a place near us so we could see him every single day. Because we saw him everyday, we saw how great the staff was at their job. Raquel, Malou, Bree, Ed, Lou, Chris, Maira and many more, and even Alex who did maintenance was unbelievably helpful. Another employee, who had a garden in back, gave us some vegetables.​​​ it started to feel like they were family. More importantly, Randy felt like it was home. We would highly recommend this facility if your loved one needs short or longterm care.

They have an outdoor courtyard where patients and visitors can relax, eat their meals outside if they want, or even take a nap. There is a curfew, but if you need to stay longer, they will accommodate that. Just be aware that if a patient has medication given at the hospital, unfortunately that medication cannot transfer over to rehab. Stanley does not have its own pharmacy, so it can take a while for nurses to get a new supply from an outside pharmacy. That said, they really do their best to get it first thing in the morning, and it is not Stanley's fault given the gap in the healthcare system (pay attention to this health administrators). Other than that, I highly recommend Stanley!

Her roommate had just moved out so my wife was alone in the room and based on what I know from experience on how lax and slow staff is in responding to buzzer calls it is my opinion that by the time they discovered her she was already deceased or very close to it and by the time paramedics arrive it was obviously too late to resuscitate her. Nobody answered my questions about when they discovered her. All I was told is that when they did, she had no pulse and was not breathing. Negligence caused my wife's death. I am 100% sure of it. If they would have responded quickly paramedics would have arrived earlier possibly saving her life. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown by everyone at Sun Mar is truly remarkable. No matter the situation, their staff consistently go above and beyond for their patients. Like any place, there were some issues along the way, but what stood out most was how promptly and effectively they handled everything. Every issue was addressed and resolved in a timely and caring manner, and my dad's needs were always their top priority. From the nurses and physical therapists to the staff who assisted with meals, bathing, and medication, every single person played an important role in my dad's recovery. Their teamwork and dedication made such a difference. The staff are friendly, helpful and hardworking. Even the non-Korean staff have learned to speak Korean, which is impressive! My father has been staying here for over 4 weeks and my family knows that he's in good hands.

All my concerns were addressed and they are patient. They are taking care of a lot of people so sometimes it takes a few minutes to respond, but when it's your turn they take the time help you properly. Everyone is helpful, listens and accommodates family requests. My family can have peaceful minds whenever we are not physically at the bedside because we are confident that our dad is well taken cared of. Recently, my mom got transferred from a different SNF to HCOC with much help and assistance from Roxy and Griselda. Both did their best and successfully transferred my mom to HCOC so, she can be with dad as well. Both my parents are now residents at HCOC, most of the staff knows them already and celebrate with us whenever the family has mini gatherings at the facility. Thank you to Vernie, Roxy, Griselda and staff for all the admin support. All the Supervisors, RNs, LVNs, RTs, CNAs, Housekeepers, PT/OTs for making HCOC a great place for mom and dad to recuperate and heal. More power to your team!
