After verbally confirming over the telephone with someone that they will reserve a cottage/cabin for you, you have to go to TD bank and put the deposit (in cash) into their account. You then write to their email address to confirm you put the deposit in their account. Once you get there and pay (cash), everyone is given a bracelet they have to wear for the duration of their stay. Extra people cost extra money. Check out is a bit early (10am I believe?) but you can often leave your car their for the day after you've checked out. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with a group of friends in Wasaga Beach, this is a great option.

This room also has it's own BBQ including the tools to cook and Patio with table &chairs.Oh I almost forgot it also has a A/C so you keep cool. I highly recommend this place as well it is very close to the beach. The operators are a Polish couple and are very nice people. Look no further when staying in Wasaga. The outside is nicely decorated with plants, lots of tropical lily plants and hanging baskets of flowers between the rooms. Very nice. They also have an outside fire place where they have fires when the weather is good. For young kids there is also a play area. Unfortunately for us, the weather was rotten with rain, so we didn't get to spend much time on the beach.

For a Hotel that has very high expectations of their guests, several rules and clean your own room, I expected better customer service. Also there was a vent in our bedroom ceiling and without a proper cover. There is major construction going on right behind the hotel and it blocks the view of the river.

Kinda stingey if you ask me... Left me wondering if I should take it with me? Basic necessities you will just come here to be at the beach anyway and not for the place itself obviously. For what it is it's nice but since as of recent we have found nicer places in the same area so I would hope these guys step up their game and renovate a little.
