Not only is she professional, flexible and prompt in response (things i absolutely look for in any kind of business), she is also a very caring and lovely person. And cherry on top - she genuinely loves the dogs! i have met many people in the dog business who do it for the money but she really does love our little "kids." Bis is very energetic and sometimes plays a little too intense but Diana really listened to what my shepherd needed and paid attention to his play with other dogs. Bis always comes back tired and happy from their time together with no problems and then greets her with kisses whenever she arrives. Bonus: pictures texted throughout the day of Bis playing with his new friends. Overall, I highly recommend Diana and i'm really glad i found her! Thank you Diana!

They thrived all year round and always came back tired, content, and well-cared for. Tato can be a little weird in a big pack of dogs. But in this environment, she was happy and acclimated very quickly. I would see how happy she was on the instagram posts--she's never like that at home or at the dog park. Like with any daycare or hike in California, it's smart to keep your dogs on flea/tick prevention. During high season, we did have to pull a couple ticks off our pups, but that's just part of living in California -- not a reflection on the owner or the service. Most of the year it was never an issue. We were so sad when we moved because we know we'll never find anyone quite like Craig where we are now. From the moment I reached out, I felt like my husky lab Kuma would be in the best hands. Chantel is incredibly responsive, kind, and passionate about dogs. During my recent trip, I received daily updates and adorable photos that reassured me he was happy and well-cared for. City Girls Dog Care followed my care instructions perfectly. They gave him plenty of love and even went the extra mile by taking him on hikes. What really stood out was how excited Kuma gets whenever he sees Chantel.
