It's such a great option when you have a toddler who needs to burn off some energy but it's way too hot to be outside. In addition to the main play areas, they have a reading area, play kitchen, train set, and a small café where you can grab coffee, sodas, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, and other snacks. The real stars are definitely the soft play and play gym areas. There's a separate area for babies and younger toddlers (3 and under) with a small slide, ball pit, little spinning carousel, games, and bouncy toys. I really liked that this area is easy for parents to move around in and stay close to their little ones. Then there's the large, multi-level padded play structure with several slides, ball pits, a trampoline, swings, climbing areas, and lots of places to bounce and explore. Some sections can be a little tight for adults trying to follow their kids through, but they also have cameras where you can watch the play areas from the seating area. Everything seemed clean enough and there are plenty of hand sanitizer stations throughout along with bathrooms nearby. My daughter had an AMAZING time and did not want to leave. She loved it so much that we're seriously considering getting a membership. Definitely recommend for families with toddlers and young kids!

Meaning there was a period of time after she did this that was just silence and waiting for the evening to continue. She should have brought it to someone privately first rather than showing the entire venue of over 200 people(children included) and ruining the mood of the entire party. More importantly, with the venue having cameras the question could have answered itself, if the owner was so concerned about who's baggy of drugs it was, she could have easily found out the answer without making a scene about it. Not to mention the fact that there was no way for her to know if the baggy was from someone in the party anyway, it could have easily been an employee's baggy. So as soon as the dances ended people started leaving right after. Party was over super early due to this, people were leaving before the cake was even cut. I couldn't imagine someone spending so much time and money on the entire night and event to have it ruined in a matter of minutes for something that could have at the very least been handled privately first. Owner also kept making comments about how the Indian food "stunk" which is extremely disrespectful. Music was also entirely too loud, you could not have a conversation with the people two seats away from you due to the volume. I left the venue with my ears feeling hot and swollen due to how loud the music was blaring, party went from 6 to 1 AM and I had to leave at 11 pm because my ears could not take it anymore.

How bout focus on the dry cake that was part of the package. Then after she ruined the mood, she wanted Miss Quince to pose for her own personal pictures on her phone. Very rude, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. The family made the best of a stressful situation. To not ruin the night completely.

When he decided to attend me, we started walking towards my truck to unload the equipment. At that same time a new customer arrived wanting to return a rental vehicle. This employee then proceeded to tell me that I now needed to wait because he had to attend them first because they were in a rush and needed to go and I said my turn came first and I also was in a rush and needed to go. He unloaded only 4 chairs in a very rude manner and walked away without any explanation to go attend the other customer. I had to unload the rest of the chairs and tables and placed them up against the wall for him. Then a guy from the back came out and counted the chairs and tables and made sure everything was ok with the equipment and then I left. As a paying customer, it is extremely frustrating to be completely ignored and then to have my turn in line be disregarded and then to have to unload most of the equipment on my own. Extremely poor customer service, take your business elsewhere to a place that doesn't have dysfunctional, sketchy employees and actually functions like a proper business.

We had filled out forms the night before but apparently it hadn't gone thru due to some glitch so they helped make the process smooth to get it filled out and having fun quickly. The little bit of a line moved smoothly and quickly. They gave us some black altitude socks, but in the facility I did see kids wearing regular socks and urban air socks. The only time I saw a staff member get on to kids about socks was if they didn't have any on at all. I enjoyed the openness of the facility, that way if you have more kids to adults you can kind of have parents spread out and be able to keep an eye on everyone/everything going on. Though with our set up for the party we went too it was pretty much one adult to kid, but good to know if your coming with siblings or kids with their friends on a get out of the house day. My sons personal favorite area was the diving area, and the foam pit. For staff on the floor there was someone observing the dive/foam area, running this spin type thing and maybe someone at the wall at the back of the dive area. I didn't see anyone at the regular trampoline side or the dodge ball or battle spot. The latter of those two I felt like there should have been, particularly when the parent hosting the party said we should have had one of the dodge ball areas to ourselves and tried to rally the group to do it together to no avail. As for the party part things seemed to run a bit late. The over head announcements are hard to hear in part due to loudness, echo and such. That is understandable but I can see someone missing the party part if they couldn't hear announcements and an adult with the party isn't walking around to try to locate everyone. The provided party host pretty much was non existent during much of our party. Was there for less than 5 putting pizza on half the kids plates and a couple parents had to step up to make sure the other half of kids got pizza. Then again only showing up to reprimand the mom for using candles if I overheard it correctly. Like either a staff member was supposed to for insurance or no candles at all ... not sure but it was pretty much parent run. We didn't see much of the clean up as we ran our goodie bag to the car and I helped keep eyes on kids as other parents went to put goodie bags in cars. Once things open back up and we feel good about going back out, we will consider checking it out again to meet up with some of the kids friends.

They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges. Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off! I have to assume still broken but I don't know for a fact why.

It was a rainy night so we couldn't enjoy the patio as much but the inside was quite spacious. They had room for two bars, multiple tables (which sat about 150 people), space for a band and a dance floor. It's definitely a venue to check out for hosting events, weddings, luncheons, parties, etc. We didn't handle any of the planning or coordination for the party but everything seemed to be going smoothly.
