This is the thing, I have worked with them many times not any more,
Before they became BDP Multimedia they were Ultradot Media, anyway the quality of printing is very good no question on that, but every single time I have this huge problems that you should take in consideration.
1. They're so unorganized!!! (Someone tells you your printing will be done x date, then you tell your customer based on what they said adding a day or so just in case, well guess what? that is worthless because they never has your printing on time, is either 2 or 3 days later, plus they try to charge you again when you had already pay.
2. Prices goes from $1 to a $1,000 difference depends on who you speak to, so you decide if you want to print here)
3. You never know exactly where your order is ready, one person tells you at 9am your order is not ready and at 12am same day someone tells you that it was ready just they didn't see it, so i don't know if they outsource some stuff or what but this has happened to me many times now.
4. They won't keep a record of your company, I have order from them many times and every time they want to charge taxes when I have gave them my reseller # like 100 times.
In other words they are not a serious company and as i said Quality is great they're just so Unorganized sometimes is better to pay a little extra but you know the other companies are more professional and organized. read more
