Even better, he came fully prepared with the tools and the replacement part needed, so he was able to fix the dryer on the spot. You can really tell he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, and he even shared some helpful maintenance tips for the future. Best of all, the dryer was fixed the same day, and reassembled properly this time, with no "extra" screws left behind. Fair pricing, friendly service, and high-quality work. But the site kept triggering fraud alerts to my credit union, multiple times and multiple cards, leaving me to question the legitimacy of their site. After three different phone calls, and waiting on hold for about 15 minutes each time, I finally got a customer service rep. I tried to explain my situation, but he clearly didn't care. And despite me giving him the part number, it took him another 10 minutes to look up. He then gave me a price that was different than the price on the website, and when I commented on it, and the lack of the discount I had received online, he argued with me and said that's the price. I agreed to the higher price, just to get the part, and mentioned that I probably wouldn't be using this site again, and he hung up on me. He could have salvaged this transaction, but instead he decided to upset a potential customer. Maybe you have to be big business to use this company, and the little guy who does home repair himself doesn't matter. I guess that's the way of the world these days, the more money you can make off a person, the better you get treated.
